There wasn’t any room service/ house keeping during my stays, I left the room at 7am and asked for room cleaning, when I came back at night, I found it the same as I left it, no towel changing and no other services. The shower wasn’t that clean as well and it was blocked a little bit and so rusty

Didn't use in the end as it was too far out, so not sure what to really say here

It was not the best the room was clean the space out side the lifts was not breakfast was not included. No egg or orange juice poster was knackered. But it was ok wents stay again 

Hallway was unclean and needed hovering. Plug point by table in bedroom didn't have a good connection and there was a lamp missing in one of the side lights. We reported this to reception and was advised that tge hotel was undergoing refurbishment.

アメニティなし、最寄駅の電車はストライキで動かなくなると結構へんぴなところでした。 5日間とまりクリーニングをいったのにもかかわらず1度もタオルも交換なしクリーニングなし、水場のソープは交換なしと酷かったです。

Business related stay. Entered initially from the carpark entrance to a foul smell and what appeared to be blood on the floor. The room was clean and tidy, although I had to change rooms as the shower would not turn off. Only had 1 member of staff working as the barman, waiter, and chef, so food took a while. Another colleague stated the higher floors had some impressive views. Well located and served a purpose but wouldn't return out of choice.

Simple hotel, room was clean and tidy, had towels and all amenities you need for a simple stay Food was good Checked in quickly Hotel is close to a lot of things, you can get anywhere from Tolworth Receptions nice and tidy too Michelle was really friendly and nice from the beginning right to the end.

I would just like to thank the staff for an excellent experience. Had a great nights sleep. The room was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. Also would like to thank Michelle for the experience very pleasant lady. Nothing was too much bother which made me feel very welcome. So thank you

Paid extra for a newer family room so cant begin to image how poor the other rooms must be. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable, constant stream of adult workers using the hotel throughout the night, no customer service available. Not a family friendly or pleasant hotel.

Walls so thin you could everything that was going on next door and above! Room was not especially clean. Items were worn and grubby. TV did not work and despite asking for it to be fixed for the second night, it did not and no comment as to why. No bath mat/towel. Just in general quite terrible!

The hotel is fine but the hotel restaurant is awful. The stench of body odour is obscene and the person of reception thought it was fine. It hit my gag reflex so bad I had to run back to room to vomit. I stayed earlier in week as my partner is in intensive care in nearby hospital. It was awful then and I though it might be due to one smelly guest I had followed in but the smell was even worse today Tried to get refund on breakfast today and tomorrow but they refused as apparently the smell is 'normal'. Will eat in hospital tomorrow. Dont pay for wifi either as it doesnt work. I called the help line and they said they get a lot of calls from this hotel but travelodge refuse to upgrade their technology to make it better. What I hoped would be an easy place to stay in a known chain during an extremely stressful time hasn't been. There is no customer service inline at Travelodge either, just a contact form. Having to pay for hotels and travel and food all week during an unexpected hospital stay taking us to London from far away for specialist help and could have done with refund to afford to eat elsewhere but no customer service support at all and will have to wait. Bills are building up so some compassion would have been nice. Avoid unless you just want to sleep and leave. It really does stink!
