經濟型酒店，不要期望太高，設施比較舊，雙床房的床很小，浴室裏只有浴巾沒有毛巾，沒有拖鞋，離機場大概15分鐘車程

Excellent food , behaviour of the staffs specially Shankar is overwhelming.Room is very clean plenty of water are provided. I have been staying occasionally since 2023 I prefer to stay GINGER SURAT. WISH MORE SUCCESS & PROSPERITY IN FUTURE AND

Good guys sajid was so helpful at property he give late check-out i am so happy of this kind of hospitality also thank you mitali and sapna sritamfor giving me comfort stay hotel is good location is beutiful posh area need peace on this trip keep going guys

The room were neat and clean. Perfect stay for a business trip. The house keeping staffs did a great work keeping the place clean thanks to Mr. Rajinesh and Mr.Dilip. The staffs at the reception Ms. Mithali and Ms. Sapna gave us a really good assistance to our requirements.

The place & staff are amazing here, everyone is very helpful, welcoming and cheerful. They always greet everyone with a smile on their faces and always give solutions to any of our problems in the fastest possible manner, which is very impressive. The place is neat, quiet and accommodating. Rajneesh, Asit, Sapna, Mitali and others are very helpful and kind towards everyone.

My experience with ginger , dumas road was terrible, First of all we were kept waiting for nearly half hour for check in and room were given at 2.30 pm. I stayed in room no 109 which was supposed to be superior room , however it was stinking, kettle was not working and only one set of towel was provided with zero toiletries. On complaint I was informed that only this room was available. Will not recommend it to anyone.

Day trip 9 to 5 is taj/ TATA group biggest scam when I reach at 8.30 they said room is not ready I saw at least 10 people checking out at 9 am they said cleaning is still in progress and it take them 30 min each to keep room ready 9 am is subject to availability and not guaranteed Receiption told me to complain anyone I left the hotel for work at 11.30 they called back asking room is ready fRAuster and money sipping scam scheme
