The location is very near the train station. Might night the water heater not functioning. Other still acceptable.

This quaint hotel has great location close to the station. The goods: Both restaurants serve good food. Roof top dining is excellent and serves evening buffet. The superior room is larger and spacious Breakfast buffet has good spread. The room service is excellent The bads Die to proximity to station rooms facing that way can be bit noisy due the train horns especially if one is a light sleeper like I am Overall hotel needs more maintenance, gym equipments were bit run down. Room keys were dysfunctional one day and the master key was being used for entry into all rooms. Ordered grilled chicken and it was undercooked and came back the same way second time with no apologies from the chef. I ended up ordering another dish. Wifi is mostly non functional, I had to wait for 3 hours to get it fixed and it was still patchy. The IT in charge was blaming it on users downloading videos, a silly excuse in this age of high speed wifi. Overall stay was Ok.

Ajay and Pradeep house keeping team is attentive. The staff is friendly. The rooms and establishment is clean. The rooms are comfortable. The location is in a central . Construction was going on but it was not too noisy. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone thanks team Lord keep it up.

The hotel is in the middle of the market very near to the railway station. The food is very tasty in the restaurant. The rooms are very neat ad clean big in size. Special thanks to miss radha for her nice welcoming gesture. Thanks to lords team. I enjoyed my stay.

Lords plaza Hotel is one of the best hotel in surat, Because of good hotel facilities like gym, spa, laundry service, minibar, swimming pool, rooftop restaurant etc Hotel location very near by railway station and bus stand just take 5 min to reach also international Airport away just 30 to reach, This my first time trip in surat and just feel like home, Housekeeping cleanliness was amazing, all room and bathroom amenities were provided in rooms Thanks for make my stay comfortable. My experience was wonderful here at lords plaza Surat because of hotel's good hospitality, Room linen were fresh and hygienic also housekeeping cleanliness was good, I had enjoy my dinner both restorant but rooftop restaurant(TLT) was amazing and beautiful view also there is pool area also, Hotel food was very testy.
