The shower doesn’t have the hot water, and also the hair dry need to ask them to get it.

It's been a delightful experience. First time trip to Surat and hence first time stay at this Hotel.... but what a wonderful place. The hotel staff is super courteous, and professional…The Property is outstanding and its every corner gives you a sense of luxury. I witnessed everyone on their feet to serve guests… from reception to housekeeping to the bell desk ... The breakfast is good and you can spend hours in the restaurant and discuss and review official stuff on the external seating arrangement. Mr Gaurav ( Bell Captain) and Ms. Swati, Mr.Taukir, Reception Staff and eaah and every personnel was also helpful and kind at the property. Thanks, Gaurav for being the most smiling and cheerful person to have around. Welcoming and saluting doorman Mr.Arjun And the management is very helpful and suggestive. I strongly recommend this property; Must experience Ramee International Surat.

I witnessed everyone on their feet to serve guests… from reception to housekeeping to the bell desk .. everyone knows you like a family member. The breakfast is so fresh and delicious that you can spend hours in the restaurant and they make sure you eat like a king. Mr Gaurav ( Bell Captain) and Ms. Swati, Mr.Taukir was also helpful and kind at the property is a gem of a person and he made my reservation as per my request for a City View room :) and check with me several times to ensure that I am having a pleasant stay. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Only downer is that there was a little noise that was coming from the upper floor into our room as it was the restaurant above us. The staff members have a very good behaviour. Long story short, it was great.

Upon arrival, we discovered bed bugs in our room! Shockingly, staff attempted to address this issue by sweeping the bugs off the bed with a brush! The provided bed linens were filthy, and to top it all off, our room's fridge malfunctioned, causing our food to spoil. We attempted to address these issues, but it resulted in a disruption lasting until 2 am. They offered another room as an upgrade, which did little to alleviate the situation. The manager, Waseem, was dismissive and unhelpful. He refused a refund, despite the severity of the problems. His excuse? We supposedly appeared "happy" the next morning (according to his staff), a claim we vehemently refute. Wasim Ahmed (manager) raised his voice during our interaction, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of offering a refund, his "courtesy" entailed a single free dinner. This insulting offer did not address the constant stress and inconvenience caused by their negligence. Somnath Majumdar also was not helpful at all and did not attempt to solve the issue. Our two rooms, meant to accommodate three guests each, were consistently left with only two towels. This was simply unacceptable, especially with a busy schedule. The only positive note worth mentioning was the staff at breakfast - Vaishali, Mihir and Rani. Ramee International fell woefully short of basic cleanliness standards and provided an abysmal level of customer service. We urge everyone to avoid this establishment. Save yourself the stress and find a hotel that prioritises guest comfort and well-being.

I liked Hotel and all its amenities. Best part is location is in centre of the cuty so you can reach anywhere with 3-5 KMs. Staff was polite and cooperative Food at thier restaurant " Its Mirchi" was so delicious and healthy. Overall experience good and will surely visit this hotel in my next visit

Just returned from a fabulous stay at The ramee international surat Unbelievable facilities, cleanliness standards unrivalled and the most welcoming, helpful and diligent staff. At check inn we were attended by Mr. Ranjan his team Mr Gaurav, Swati , Pawan, Arjun who was very kind to explain every detail about the property. He gave us a detailed tour of the property to make our stay more comfortable. The ramee hotel facilities were endless and there are so many places to eat / things to do in the resort. The hotel staff were all fantastic and we were given outstanding service at all times. Absolutely nothing negative to say about a great 5 star experience - with lots of fun, enjoyment and energy. Will unquestionably return.

Our stay at The ramee international hotel surat met superceded our expectations. Am amazing team working tirelessly to make the whole stay enjoyable from the moment we checked on till we checked out. A special thanks to Mr. Ranjan ,Gaurav, Swati who always greeted our requests with a smile 😃. Kudos to the team!

Staffs are not trained especially front desk manager mr ranjan behaviour was too rude his nature was too bad even no one is their to escort me or carry my luugage but food was average and noone tell me about all the ameneties futherall i dont want to visit again
