A bad experience, booked the accommodation based on images and reviews. Reviews posted are meaningless, I bet guests reviews are doctored. Toilets exhausts not working, no cutlery, water served in old plastic glasses, water jugs are in dilipated condition, beddings are old and look dirty. No electric kettle. In room dining is pathetic. NO NO!! Place to stay!!

Overall experience is good Staff is polite and humble always ready to help, very supportive. Food quality is good Location is at vesu near VR mall and near by street food, restaurants available at walking distance, reliance market is 100 meter from property. Over all very good experience for my 8day stay.

It is situated in vesu which is a bit remote area. The rooms are ok types with no basic facilities like hangers and the cleanliness was also ok. The food service is available for lunch dinner and breakfast but it' was also ok types. The housekeeping staff is extremely slow with their services and this is what is not so good about the services here. Our room was on 2nd floor and the view is quiet ok. It was a business trip and we were 2 ladies with a kid so overall experience was ok. Not recommended hotel if you're looking for a luxurious hotel

Tbh i got misled by the pics and reviews. They say it's a 3 star hotel but it's pretty average and nothing close to the pics u see. The rooms are very small, no place to keep your luggage even. Hygiene was ok given the average standard of the hotel and food too was way average. But the staff was polite and cooperative. Overall, a very average place to stay but i don't think i am going back again.

Hotel is located at prime area, it's nearby airport, it was nice experience to stay here, very clean room, nice hospitality, manager and staff is cooperative.
