Regarding the standard of this hotel, it can be concluded that it does not meet 5-star quality, this hotel is more like between 4 and 5 stars. But I don't mean to complain about the standard of this hotel, because the price I paid to stay at this hotel was equivalent to other 4-star hotels. The rooms are clean and have modern interiors, what made me feel surprised was when I found that there was Netflix and Disney+ on the television in this hotel room (for Netflix we can access them without having to log in with our account, in other words, we can enjoy Netflix for free in this hotel) The unpleasant thing about this hotel is the narrow parking space, besides that, lift access is a bit confusing, there are about 5 lifts in this hotel, but only 2 serve up to the basement floor. When checking in, I asked for a high floor room if it was available, and I was given a room on the 15th floor. When I got out of the elevator, I was surprised because there was a prayer room (Musholla) on the 15th floor. I was immediately worried if the placement of this prayer room on the 15th floor might make the 15th floor noisy because there are many people passing by to worship. But during my overnight stay at this hotel, I didn't find any noise from outside the room, so I don't think it's a problem if you get a room on the 15th floor. It's just that, there is a cellphone provided in the room which surprised me, (with all due respect) because SUDDENLY the phone rang with a VERY LOUD Suara Adzan (call to prayer)! I feel that the hotel should not turn that thing on, because it will significantly make the non-Muslim guests feel uncomfortable. This hotel should not generalize that all its guests are Muslim! This is a kind of discrimination! Shocking!
