Upon booking I was not aware the hotel was not in the city centre, and therefore was about 30-40 minutes away from the malls. However, what it lacks in proximity it makes up for in service and cleanliness. Room service food was very yummy, and I loved the 2000s emo songs played by the bar. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet which even had a popcorn and cotton candy machine, as well as chocolate fountain for children on Sunday. Their waffles and latte from their coffee machine were amazing! Oh, but the sink in the bathroom did leak (see picture) :/

Hotel with a good location. And have nice swimming pool.. And the night view from hotel very nice.

Massive hotel with just as many guests coming in and out. Food: Breakfast wasn’t always good. There’s limited variety. I think the Food Exchange restaurant is a tad bit too small for the size of the hotel. The new Heritage restaurant on the other hand, is amazing. The buffet dinners were spectacular every night. Amenities: The pool and pool bar are great places to hang out. But you kinda need to schedule your pool time well because there’s unofficial peak times for families with kids. Depending on your family/preferences, you might aim for those times or completely avoid the pool at that time. Room: Large and spacious. We had a great city view. I didn’t appreciate the lack of hand towels in the bathroom. Everything else was up to standard.

Hotel near to airport. About 7-8km away. Room is clean and modern looking. Breakfast is buffet style and lots of variety of food to choose from. Hotel near to shopping mall like Galaxy mall and Tunjungan plaza. 7-8km by taxi. Hotel staff are helpful. Definitely will stay here again if visiting Surabaya again.

It's a busy hotel especially using the lift and during breakfast. Overall is nice hotel and next to office tower.

Clean and good hotel group. Wonderful breakfast in Novotel Samator. This was my second time stay in Novotel. For me, I will strongly recommend staying with Novotel will be good choice for who requested on quality.
