Regina Hotel

This hotel was Aweful!! The staff were unfriendly not polite from arriving to leaving Food was really awefull only ate in the hotel three times then ate out for every other meal even though we were all-inclusive Rooms were unclean when arriving and never really cleaned only got clean towels once and sheets were changed Were made to feel uncomfortable around pool bar and lobby bar. We were Even told on a few occasions drinks weren't being served anymore so we then left the hotel for drinks in a close by bar. on returning to the hotel we saw the same bar tender happy serving none english guests Only good thing about hotel is it's location

Well where do I start was discusting FOOD cold absurlutley discusting……As the food was NOT GOOD … for adults, never mind kids Had to fight to eat food because the foreigners would take massive plates. As if they’ve never been fed before. The pool had green stuff in it was filthy the rooms was ok but only cleaned once. They ran out of gas. Drinks is the worst I have ever HAD……. Never would I recommend this hotel to anyone it is the pits such a massive let down its not even a 1 star never mind a 3 star. Table and chairs out side discusting full off bird poo never got cleaned in the whole week we was there. Staff do not make you welcome rather look after the foreigners. Only 4 English families rest of foreign. That tells you about the hotel does not cater it for the English…….. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED. This hotel is discussing the rooms are outdated and small I have mould all over the bathroom. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on the bedding or even eat in the restaurant we was b&b and we have eaten out like I say wouldn't let my dad eat in there we came as a family of 2 adults 5 kids and we are all in separate rooms I am on top floor with 2 kids and my partner is on 4 floor with 3 kids there is no lift and u don't get help with your cases. The pool is discussing full of mould muck don't look like it's been cleaned out from last year we have not been in it my parents are staying near by so we have been going in there hotel pool . Yesterday the aircon was leaking in my room then it started spitting balls of ice out the making a banning noise I went to tell the receptionist and he just laughed at me and said it was OK I payed over £4000 for a hotel that is horrible when u can't even eat there or use pool it's not right

This was our 5th visit to Sunny beach and have previously stayed in the Corona and Arda 3 star so being that it was a very cheap hotel and going by the reviews we weren't expecting much, but our experience was way worse than expected. The location of the hotel is excellent but the rooms and hotel itself are badly in need of a refurb and a good deep clean. The shower cubicle had mould everywhere. There was no plug or drain just a massive hole. The shower actually leaked through the wall to the bedroom and caused a massive puddle. Air con didn't work, fortunately our daughter was in the room next door and her's worked so I just used her room for getting ready in the evenings. Towels only get changed once a week, after 4 days of no clean towels we had to ask at reception and they gave us clean one's. Bedding also gets changed once a week. Cleaner's come in daily to empty the bin and top up toilet roll and that's it. To be fair they are basically polishing a turd anyway. Staff seemed friendly enough couldn't really fault them. Barmen don't seem to speak any English but I only made the mistake of going to the pool bar once for a glass of wine. Buy your own drinks from the supermarket. Good luck getting a sun lounger, the all inclusivers are out at half 6 every morning with their towels and don't move all day. Only 1 side of the pool gets the sun for most of the day. Went into the pool and the floor felt a bit slimy. Thought I was just imagining it until realising that I only saw it getting cleaned once in 2 weeks. Cleaners sweep round the pool area once a week. We were booked for B&B but didn't dare venture down to see what horrors were on offer for breakfast. We ate out every day, felt our immune systems were already working hard enough to keep the horrors at bay. We found Aura beside the big wheel did the best bacon rolls for breakfast. We are never one's to complain about a cheap hotel as normally its just a bed and shower, but this is honestly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. You can see that once upon a time this was a great hotel but unfortunately they haven't invested in it. We made the most of it but would recommend steering well clear of this place.

Please people don't book this hotel it is filthy the rooms are not cleaned bed not changed and bathrooms are not cleaned I got a bottle of bleach to clean toilet before it was used would not give it any stars

A big call out to the reception Ladies very friendly and very welcoming and always their to help and very approachable,the hotel is absolutely appalling I’ve stayed in many hotels around the globe including hostels,first off is the housekeeping not once in two weeks as the room I occupied been cleaned or bed linen changed or towels changed,the breakfast I don’t think I will even bother,it was painful getting a coffee let alone anything else,no orange juice or apple all cordial diluted with sparkling water,coffee from the lounge was a joke a plastic cup with granulated coffee,reception floor puddles of water from the main door and all up the stairs from guests walking in after the use of the outside pool,no wet floor signs placed anywhere,and the guests in the hotel presumably from Eastern Europe like wild Animals very rude absolutely no consideration disrespectful doors banging all day long up to about 20.00 at night,children let loose running a riot all over the hotel never ever again One things for sure I check out at 03.00 on Saturday morning I will make sure that everyone hears the noises I make I will return the respect that these Animals in this hotel have gave me
