Kuban Resort & Aquapark - All Inclusive

Hotel Kuban has clearly seen better days. The property is in need of renovation and a deep, general cleaning – carpets in both public areas and rooms are dirty, and so are the sun loungers by the pool. There are no pool towels available. Rooms are cleaned every other day – overall, they’re fairly clean inside, except for the worn carpets and torn curtains. The air conditioning doesn’t work or barely functions, though luckily, we didn’t experience extreme heat. Pool & Entertainment: Every morning, there’s a daily “sunbed battle” – people start lining up at 8:00 AM to rush into the pool area at 9:00 AM when it opens. In the evening, it’s hard to find seats during the animation shows – come early or expect to stand. Pros: A definite highlight is the water slides – there are 7 in total, plus a splash pool with smaller slides for children. This is a big plus, especially for families. However, the entire water zone is quite cramped considering the hotel’s size and capacity, so it gets very crowded during peak hours. Food: The food is of average quality – there’s always something to choose from, but it lacks variety. It’s not bad, but not very exciting either. Location: On the one hand, the location is good – right on the main promenade and about a 5-minute walk from the beach. On the other hand, it’s extremely noisy – loud music, parties, and clubs (including erotic bars) go on until morning. Even with closed windows, you can hear everything. Cleanliness of the Surroundings: The area around the hotel is dirty in the morning. There are no trash bins nearby, so people throw garbage on the ground. Cleaning doesn’t start until around 8:30 AM, so the streets look like a mess until then. Summary: This hotel is more suitable for partygoers who don’t mind the noise or lower standard. If cleanliness, comfort, and peace are important to you – this place may be disappointing. For families with children, the water slides are a great attraction, but be prepared for crowds and a lack of organization.

If you’re Scottish don’t bother coming to this hotel as the food selection is rubbish. No chicken pork beef nothing. Seemingly the menu is catered for European people and no consideration for the uk. Day three here and still not had a hot evening meal in this hotel. Spend your money elsewhere for the price I paid and don’t drink or smoke I would have been better going a cheap bnb and just eating out. But because money is tight I went fully inclusive exspecting to eat as well 1 breakfast which was look warm defo not worth it. Only good thing is the view and the cleanliness of the rooms.

I would strongly advise considering other options before booking this hotel. My experience with the food was disappointing, as it felt repetitive and lacked freshness. For instance, leftover pork was repurposed into soup over a couple of days, which wasn't very appealing. Additionally, I found the staff to be unhelpful, and the management could use improvements. The rooms felt outdated, and there were issues with the lift not working consistently. With so many other great hotels available in Sunny Beach, I recommend checking reviews to find a better fit for your stay.
