Kuban Resort & Aquapark - All Inclusive

When I booked this hotel with my family, we initially ignored the one and two star reviews. (There's always a few wherever you go) I wish we had listened! The hotel itself if incredibly dated. Normally this isn't an issue, there were no young children in our group and didn't have intend to stay in the hotel much apart from sleeping. However, the room we were shown when booking was nothing like the room we were given. The room smelt of smoke, was dark with stained carpet and stained ripped bedding (which was held together with rusty staples in one corner). The bathroom consistently smelt of raw sewage to the point we had to cover all of the drains to make a small improvement. The staff were fine, not overly friendly but not rude. The food was actually quite nice most of the time. Plenty of variety and food was being brought out regularly.

Hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned every day. Entertainment team were fabulous and the kids loved it. Pools were fab and the kids spent all day on the slides. Snack bar had plenty of choice, breakfast was my favourite meal. Only downside was not much choice for fussy kids at lunch and dinner. Plenty of coic3 for adults. We are booking again for next year

Just got back from Kuban resort aqua park, will definitely not be going back, the staff were very rude and made no effort to welcome my family, was spoken to in a very rude manner when I asked for a container to take my sick child some fruit to Room, absolutely shocking.there was very little children entrainment apart from a 30 minute disco, the food was cold every meal time and do not cater for children,as an all inclusive holiday I would at least expect to be able to eat something edible, the only half decent thing was the swimming pool, wouldn't stay there again if it was free

Food not brilliant. Some of the staff are fantastic some especially in the snack bar are extremely rude. The pool area is extremely slippy and needs dealing with people we're falling everyday it's a serious accident waiting to happen. When the pool closes at 6pm you can't even sit out which is the only area in the hotel that's still in the sun. When the all inclusive finishes at 22pm the bars close so you can't even buy a drink. Definitely won't be going back.

This hotel is fantastic! Yes it's got some bad points, but the good out weight the bad!!. The pool is the best u can ask for! The location is 100% and most the staff are top notch. I can't wait to go back I would definitely recommend it to anyone 😀😀

A smart looking hotel, spotlessly clean, very good furnishings in all public area. I had a standard room in the main block, it was a good size, with fridge and flat screen TV. There is no safe, there are some beside the reception, I much prefer having one in the room. There is a kettle, no water is supplied and just one coffee sachet and three herbal tea bags, no milk or whitener. Bathroom was very small, but OK. No walk in shower it is over the bath. I don't normally have an issue with that, it is what I have at home, but here it was not satisfactory. The sides are unusually high, so not easy to get into, There are no grab handles, and in my opinion it is dangerous for many people with even slight mobility issues. No bath mat for when you get out. I do know that some people were unable to have a shower throughout their stay. Balcony is unsatisfactory. Who thought it a good idea to design one in the shape of an acute angle triangle? At one end just room for chairs, but not for anyone to sit on them. In ten days I never saw anyone on one. No table. The pool area is a decent size, there are three sections to the pool, two have the water slides, there is also a kids pool with smaller slides. Knowing that the hotel had these, I was aware that it would be very popular with families, but thought that in May there would not be many children. How wrong I was, there were lots, including a number of English school age ones who probably should have been at school. The behaviour of some of them was overly boisterous, and in general, the noise was very disruptive, impossible to relax anywhere around the pools. I could also add that some of the parents I would not want as neighbours. There were plenty of sunbeds, so no need to reserve, yet some had towels on all day and no-one occupied them. A notice on all beds says that any unattended for more than 30 minutes would be removed, but they never were. Hotel location is good in that you are right in the middle of the resort, only downside is that if you are in a front facing room, as I was, the noise from the Corner live bar prevents many from sleeping, music is played until about 6am. At first I did consider asking for a change, but learned that any change is chargeable. Two ladies, one visually impaired, asked to change from their room as it was not suitable, paid the equivalent of £170 to move to what was described as a better room, but apparently was just larger, but otherwise the same. The restaurant was extremely clean, but a bit canteen like, wooden tables with no covers or place mats. I was pleasantly surprised by the food, choice was generally good, and although pork and chicken appeared at every meal, the chef(s) did a good job of presenting them in different ways From time to time there was also beef, turkey, duck, rabbit and always fish. Plenty of vegetables, always pastas and rice. Home made soups were interesting and always hot. Plenty of salad ingredients. A nice dessert selection plenty of frui

Lovely food, excellent staff and the entertainment at this pool were excellent they get everyone mixing with each other it was a pleasure staying here if I had one flaw it would be I think the pool area closes to early other than this it's a really nice hotel

We have just returned from a week at hotel kuban. What a week we have had despite a little bit of bad weather we have had a amazing time. The entertainment staff Viki, Oktavia, Tanya and Missa are all incredible and truly do help make the holiday the best it can be from 10am - 11pm the girls never stopped both doing child activities and afult aswell special mention for Viki for getting oktavia in the pool. The kids can't wait to go back :)

fantastic hotel with very nice staff;) Staying here gave us a lot of pleasant and funny moments. Olivia and her team were even better. Every day the girls organized games and activities for both the youngest and older people, at a very high level, it was impossible to get bored. I hope we will come back here again.
