Excellent service, nice ambient. Professional staffs. Overall experience in the hotel is awesome. I recommend this hotel for family and business stay.

They do not understand the basic concepts of hospitality. Very disappointing staff,especially at the reception. Now coming to my stay, I had a train to catch after my checkout which was delayed by 6hrs. Although I requested for late checkout which they refused as per their hotel policy (not even an hour), that's still okay and i checked out and had to wait at the reception the whole day as there was nothing else to do and the city was also new for me. Even after complaining thrice, they didn't switch on the ac of the side of reception waiting area where I was sitting and every time told me its on, the last time when I lost my cool they accepted that the ac was off but still didn't do anything. I had to leave as I started feeling sick there, probably they wanted that only that i leave earlier. I cant believe this is a 4star hotel. At breakfast it took them 1/2hr for a cheese omelette and ice for juice. There could be delay for whatsoever reason, but have the decency to tell the customer that, you cant mislead every time I enquire. In general ,room was okay & clean, although ac was put in such a way you need both fan & ac for room to cool. Food is nice, and quantity is ok for the price.Restaurant staff is courteous but succumb in rush hour.

Good behaviour good service best hotel that i want i feel good and happy because of your best service

Rooms are well furnished with interior design, bathroom taps are latest models, staff is very good, they deal with the guest with polite manner, room service is very good, there is laundry service too, it was a wonderful stay.

The stay was really good, the room was excellent and the service was really on time when smooth check in and check out process, and food is also very good. Must recommended. I was staying in a suit room that felt a luxury feel as shown in the picture. The hotel is very close to the railway station.

Behavior of the hotel manager is very worst and they are charging 70% of charges if asking for early check in. This is terrible. I haven't seen before this kind of behavior in my life. Next time i suggest everyone don't go this hotel otherwise you will pay morethan you have ever thing

Very good Service, Staff are Supportive, everything was good. Only the food quality was not good, this needed to improve as soon.

We have booked a suit room the room was decent but the stay was just a bad experience, was literally harassed by the front desk staff, was not given our selected room for 1. 5 hrs (we arrived at 2:30, the manager is still good but the overall experience was not nice
