Providing a five-star vacation experience, Crestview Condominiums boasts peaceful surroundings, scenic views, modern amenities, and an incredibly convenient and accessible location. This unit is located on the third (top) floor of the building which is accessible by an elevator from the ground floor heated garage. This complex recently completed a full exterior building renovation, so you can enjoy the comforts of upgraded windows and exterior doors as well as a stylish brand-new private deck.
This well-lit corner unit has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Slate tile flooring, Egyptian cotton sheets, beautiful artwork and décor, and a well-stocked kitchen are just some of the features that make this a place you'll want to relax in. This unit has plenty of space to accommodate large families or groups. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed. The loft has three twin-size beds as well as a queen-size pull out sofa bed. The unit also has three full bathrooms.
Crestview is a secure building with an assigned indoor parking space and additional parking outside under cover. Beautiful, scenic hiking and biking trails are located just behind the Crestview complex. The complex also features a private club house, workout room, pool and hot tub. The convenient location provides excellent local amenities. You are minutes from The Canyons (9 mins), Park City Mountain Resort (13 mins), and Deer Valley (17 mins). Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton are all less than an hour away. Do not waste your money on ski-in ski-out and get stuck skiing the same resort. Local transit systems provide a variety of free transportation options to get you to the slopes or anywhere around town – you can even download their app and request free rides on demand! Take advantage of the free local shuttle service that picks up in front of the complex every 20 minutes or it’s just a 5 minute walk to catch the 101 bus which travels directly to the nearby slopes.
For convenient shopping, a 24-hour Wal-Mart as well as a Whole Foods Market are just around the corner. Just beyond that, Redstone and New Park Town Center provide ample dining as well as shopping options and a movie theater. Activities are available both winter and summer at the Utah Olympic Park, just over 2 miles away! Beautiful Main Street in downtown Park City is just a 15 minute drive and SLC international airport is just 30 minutes away.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
In the Kimball Junction area, less than 20 minutes to three amazing ski resorts. Easy walking distance to the outlet mall. Within 1/4 mile of Whole Foods and other dining options. Just around 30 minutes to Salt Lake City International Airport. The Kimball Junction area of Park City has amazing amenities from restaurants, bowling, movies and shopping that you can't even find in downtown Park City. The location is also convenient to Salt Lake City.
Park City is the perfect year-round destination. 468 miles of recreation trails in the Snyderville basin are accessible out your back door from the paved bike/walking path that passes behind the property. Free bus shuttles and transit services via Park City Transit and High Valley Transit to ski areas and downtown PC. Walking distance to Park City (Tanger) Outlets and a short distance to Whole Foods, Walmart and a variety of restaurants.
