Upstairs also has a spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining room furnished with elegant Amish cherry wood table and chairs that seats 6 comfortably. Attached to it is the kitchen area with every appliance that also has a table w/ chairs that seat 4 and an island that sits 2 made up of custom stained concrete to match the countertops. There is an area that is normally blocked off but upon request and approval, can sleep in addition 4+ adults or 8+ children. There will be $50/person per night added to the posted rate which is set for up to no more then 12 guests so if you are planning on having more then 12 in your group please contact me So we can discuss exactly how many more adults/children so the area can be set up and ready to go accordingly.
