FRAUD ALERT: I am usually not a person who gives bad reviews. My first tym ever writing a bad review.Sad to end the year with a bad note. But this incident left me with no choice. If you wish to ruin your family vacation. This is the place. Ohh.. What a terrible experience with the hotel management. I have booked via Trip.com because there was option of free cancellation since i was travelling with my kid and i like being flexible on the schedule. I booked my stay from 22 to 25th December.However our plans changed and i requested cancellation and simultaneously booked from 22nd to 24th December because i was quite confident that the first booking will be cancelled and refunded, because usually good agencies like makemytrip and others have done it in the past for us. After we checked in on 22nd i have requested the person in front desk (sumilon resort) to confirm my cancellation as well. I couldnot recall his name. But he assured that it will be done. In the meantime i was communicating multiple times with Trip.com while i was on holiday. My mind was more focussed on the cancellation than enjoying with family because it was about cancellation of 1220 sgd which is someones monthly salary in Singapore(I would love to donate this amount to charity then giving this to Frauds). I was also communicating with the front desk person again and again and until day of check out. They nodded their heads with so much confidence. Now the hotel people and Trip.com said that they cannot refund it because it was last minute cancellation. ******** excuse. My question is if its last minute for you then why you put free cancellation option in the website. Now Trip.com is trying to negotiate with me by giving 122 sgd trip coins. Hahha.. Are you kidding me? I am gonna make sure to put this review on Insta, twitter, linkedin and where ever possible. Dont come to Sumilon island resort. Its not worth your money and mental sanity.

The area was flooded during heavy rain and the Premier Room had to wait for the Dulexe Room to check in; which was the most irritating part after the heavy rain.

So nice place for comfort . For friends , For family , it’s a good accommodation!

Island is beautiful, food is acceptable. But service is very bad. I traveled by air for a few hours followed by another 3 hours on bad road condition then ferry to the hotel, when i was super tiring. I arrived at hotel at 11am and waited until 3pm to have a room. I dont understand why it takes four hours for cleaning when i have told the front desk lady multiple times that i am not feeling well. I d rather clean it myself. On the second day, we went out for diving and came back at 2pm, hotel didnt do room cleaning at all.. I also asked for a spa session. The lady pointed me to a random place with nobody inside. I walked back and forth to ask her again. It happened again when my room is ready. I cant find my room but walking back and forth. Far worse than Thailand, Indonesia in service and price are equally expensive. Suggest to train staff with basic hospitality ethics instead of leaving the guest wandering around for hours and hours. Hotel upgraded our meal with breaky and dinner. But food quality is not hotel level. No other choice on this island. I wont come back to Philippine again.

Food nice but expensive than other local restaurants .Howevr it is worth it ,coz you can sit next to the sea ,lagoon and the mangrove . Corals and underwater are vlose by and beautiful ,you can also see baby shark just in front of your toom (my rm no is no 1). Services and maintenanve both outstanding apart the front desk, Lory ,who seemed not care to help us when greeted us on arrival without telling any facilities on the island and in the hotel, instead just giving me a key to walk to the room ourselves. She siad we could ask her if we have any questions. But , when i went to the desk try to arrange a transfer for checkout date ,she told us to discuss it next day. The life guide ,toto, who is excellent ,had shown around the under water. The treck trial is about 30min you walk throughout the bush to the sandbar . The swimming pool is also a very good place to relax yourself, as you have a good view overlooking the sea

The Resort is a private island, very well kept landscaping and nice view, the food is ok, but take for ever if you want to order a la carte or room service. However it has the best Drift diving spot and the staff are super friendly. we would definitely come back.

장점 바다가 정말정말정말 예쁘고 깨끗하다 섬 관리가 잘되어있어서 산책할 맛이 난다 직원들이 정말 친절함 만날때마다 굿모닝~ 굿이브닝~ 인사하고 뭔가 말끝에 🎶가 달린 느낌이라 동물의 숲 게임 세계관에 들어온 느낌이 든다😃 고양이 단점 조금 비쌈🥹 뷔페가 1인당 1400페소 그냥 단품으로 시켜도 500페소정도 함 개미랑 날벌레... 뭐 이건 어쩔 수 없나 싶기도 하고 단점보다 장점이 훨씬 커서 세부에 다시 온다면 또 예약할것 같아용🎶

此次菲律賓之行較為滿意的一段旅程。 杜馬蓋地機場乘坐tutu至sibulan碼頭，乘擺渡船到liloan碼頭，再打tutu車到酒店碼頭，再坐酒店的船上島，步驟較多，但時間卡好，我們2個小時從機場到酒店。建議多住幾天，我們住了3晚，走得時候還是有些不捨。 這次去了蘇米龍和siquijor，蘇米龍的海水絕對是秒殺級別的，那種三色的海，綠色與藍色交織處的翡翠色，值得你的舟車勞頓。 所有房間都面朝大海，房間很寬敞，入住體驗很好，唯一有問題的是空調對着床，晚上睡覺太冷了，我後面就直接睡沙發了，建議酒店搞一塊擋風板。如果可以選擇，個人建議選擇10號左右的房間，視野，浮潛便利以及用餐便捷性都較均衡。 建議選擇含兩餐的套餐。都是自助餐，種類雖不多，但比起其他酒店的一人食，你可以選擇的餘地大了很多。三晚的餐食都是不一樣的，第一天很一般，第二天非常好吃，烤豬肉和排骨湯簡直無敵，第三天還不錯，伙食可能要看運氣了，我們覺得還不錯。 有幾個浮潛的地點，旅遊團去的白沙灘我覺得一般般，我最喜歡的就是房間門前的浮潛區，由於衹對住店客人開放，所以幾乎是沒人的。漲潮的時候浪還是有點大，建議退潮的時候去，風浪很小，走出去200米，水衹到腰部，這時趴到水面上，你可以看見成片的珊瑚，海膽，海鰻和尼莫，珊瑚就在你鼻子底下，小心不要讓珊瑚割到你的救生衣和腿。珊瑚片區就在露天餐桌那。 吐槽一下餐廳的椰子冰激凌，好像叫halo啥的，550p，極其難吃，有一股臭味，注意避雷。

先講缺點：但是實際浮潛的地方不多，海景房間門口沒海灘，浪大，估計不能浮潛，浮潛要去拖尾沙灘，拖尾沙灘人多，都是一日遊上島的人，到處停滿船，很吵，而且能浮潛的區域沒多少魚，除非付費游出去。無邊泳池不會很乾凈。自助餐很差，一言難盡，填飽肚子而已，當然個人口味不同，不能以我為標準。優點：水很玻璃，很清，房間超級大，服務很好，水每天兩瓶，陽台很大，可以發呆，總體滿意。
