May 16-17, 2024..Air Conditioner had an issue in which whenever it was on, there was a humming sound just loud enough to keep me awake once it woke me up around 2AM. I did not want to change rooms at this late hour so did my best to block out the sound. I told the GM immediately the next morning while checking out and he said he would provide Reward points, but never did and then I had to follow up so with the exception of the customer service rep, this was a double bad experience for me.
1) I paid for a room that I could sleep in before a critical meeting the next morning and in which I did not sleep.
2) The manager not following up and taking care of the issue resulting in my having to take the extra time to follow up. Almost not worth the hassle other than to write this review.
