客房服務不錯，每天都會詢問需要什麼服務。早晨也不錯，週末人多補貨就比較慢，品種還算多，套房內含有廚房，自己燒燒菜也可以，可是自己什麼都沒有帶，就是周邊沒什麼吃的，需要開車出去。

Hotel très bien situé, super déjeuner, chambre confortable et piscine avec glissade très appréciée par les enfants.

同學介紹的，設施齊全，服務也很好，離學校非常近，提前幾天到達加拿大為了適應下當地的生活，值得推薦。

I was disappointed the hot tub was down for repairs during the peak flow of parents and kids during March Break. I was surprised we had to book a time to use the pool and waterslide and only in 30 minute slots. However, the pool was too cold for my child and we only stayed in the pool for 9 minutes due to the cold temperature. The room itself was great. However, we came for a special 1 night Mother-daughter trip and booked the hotel exclusively for the pool and waterslide; we left very disappointed about that part of the trip.

Clean, friendly staff, great meal at the local restaurant- MIC (which is also discounted when staying here). Pools good but hot tub was was closed.

Very clean, quiet, beautiful rooms. There were a few outlets in the room that didn’t work, and towels for the pool area weren’t always available.

Hotel was really clean and nice. Great hot breakfast included in our stay. Nice pool and the waterslide was a major plus travelling with kids.

My family and I loved our stay. We are already planning our next visit to Sudbury and would stay here again and again

Overall stay was good. Was at breakfast when it started to find eggs cold but the variety wa good. No towels to be found in pool area most of weekend. Clean place though. A little overpriced but still a nice stay

Great stay! Friendly staff, fully equipped room, clean and the kids loved the water slide. Definitely would stay again.

All in all is decent places although for 200$+/night hotel your bed should not squeak every time you sit, lay down or move around

Pretty standard stay. Room was clean. No issues with thermostat, TV, etc.
