On the bottom floor, the king bedroom has its own ensuite. The main level has a full common bathroom that is shared with the living spaces & kitchen. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.
