My door would not lock
Also the manual lock was part missing.
No breakfast
No coffee

The room was very spacious and clean. Smelled very fresh. The bed was very comfortable. The carpet was very clean. Nice TV, microwave and refrigerator. The outside of the motel is not the fanciest but the rooms are very very accommodating. Also a great price.

This is a great property for the money. Staff was very kind and helpful. Property is clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again when traveling through Kansas!

Very spacious room but had to request wash cloths, toilet paper and Kleenex. The curtains need cleaned and/or replaced as there were a few stains on the sheer along with a dead spider stuck to it. And the drapes had a few areas where it appeared they had torn or become unstitched. Also several areas that were not hooked to the rod.
This location seems to be run by a family who doesn't necessarily know what they are doing.

Suitable for guys on a work or hunting trip. Not very clean, run down. Not even a drinking glass in room

Arrived at the hotel and wanted to check in but no one was at the desk. Sign in the office said to call a cell number but no one answered. Waited in the heat a half hour. Was getting ready to leave when the managers of the hotel showed up.They said they went somewhere and forgot to take their cell phone, Room was not stocked with clean towels and the carpet was wet. TV remote was missing. Not a pleasant stay. Would not do it again.

A good inexpensive place to stay. Recommend for the budget-conscience person. Clean and very comfortable. Friendly clerk and checkin.

No soap only hand towel and wash cloth that we not clean. Room smelled terrible like animals and pee. Breakfast options was a joke!! Will never be back!!

The property definitely needs work, but I did not expect too much for the price unlike others who are complaining. I see many complaints by people who want a 5 star motel at a one star price. I received friendly service.
