Went for spa day and high tea with my mother. The building is full of history and granduer. Spa is small but very relaxing with the sun roof over the pool. We had the deluxe facial and cannot praise Natasha the therapist enough. High tea was exceptional scones were made a you wait so came out fresh and hot All staff from reception to waiting staff were friendly helpful and made you feel so welcome. No rushing relaxed pace. The grounds are vast well kept and beautiful. Only recommendation is that if you are elderly ask at reception to use the courtyard access to the pool. Like all old buildings it has lots of steep stairs and spiral ones!

The hotel is beautiful, just incredible architecture and stunning grounds that we walked around a lot! So much history and Damon was dubbed as the best history teacher by our son! We had a lovely room, lounge area with sofa bed downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. The room was perfect for what we needed. We spent two hours in the pool area, the pool is warm and the jacuzzi was very powerful. The staff are what makes this hotel, Christopher and Jai really stood out for us, our son enjoyed his little breakfast items on the way home and the food we had at the hotel was so tasty. We cannot wait to return, thank you everyone.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and a fabulous stay. We just stayed one night to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and it was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful and we got a couple of lovely little touches as we had told them it was a special occasion. The restaurant food was absolutely lovely and our room, directly over the main door looking out over the grounds, was enormous. Loved it!

Myself and my wife treated ourself to a couple nights away, spending more than we usually would but couldn’t have been happier than the service we received. The staff were all so friendly and attentive to our needs. (The mixologist makes an amazing cocktail!) The grounds are beautiful and there is plenty of things to do in the surrounding area! Well worth a visits and I highly recommend.

Our stay at Ettington Park was a delight. The room was huge and the people working there were wonderful. The building and grounds were also lovely, though the weather only cooperated a day out of our 4 there. We loved strolling the grounds and learning the history about the Shirley family. I do hope to return, and a special thank you to the porter Damon who provided a smile and cheerful greeting each day.

This hotel fabulous! The staff outstanding in meeting requests from guests! The bed is a dream to sleep in, with feather soft pillow, crisp cotton sheets! It has been a pleasure from beginning to end! I bought a book about the hotel, so interesting and signed by author!

My daughter treated me to a surprise Mother’s Day tea. The grounds and hotel are absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of parking. We received a wonderful warm welcome. The staff were all amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were faultless with their service. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. It all felt very comfortable and relaxed. I can honestly say it’s the best customer service and I can’t wait to visit again.

We wanted a special location and a special menu to have a pre Christmas celebration meal with close friends. The Ettington Park Hotel fitted the bill exactly. It is an impressive Victorian pile in extensive grounds, midway between Stratford on Avon and Banbury. The receptionist quickly found one of the highly trained team to look after us. An extensive cocktail menu awaited us for pre lunch cocktails in the lounge. The extremely friendly and helpful staff explained the choices and we were not disappointed. There was a set price two and three course menu with plenty of choice to suit our party of four. We ordered wine by the glass - an excellent range of choices - by the glass which suited us at lunchtime. Most of us had three courses - which included vegetarian choices. All in all a memorable experience - an ideal choice to start off the Christmas festivities. Being the week before Christmas we would have expected some form of Christmas fare among the choices on offer.
