Salford Hall Hotel

We had our wedding day at Salford Hall. The team headed by Lizzie and Ellie were amazing! Our guests were so impressed. No - was never an answer-they did everything we asked of them. The accommodation, food, service and cleanliness were superb! A young and enthusiastic team throughout our magical weekend

Awesome ambience of the heritage resort. Courteous staff offering hospitality beyond the call of duty. Hygienic environment. Sumptuous typical continental breakfast. Pet friendly. Garden typically British summer flowers. Complimentary wine and cheese one evening

Fabulous time out away from the city. The food was exceptional, the location was very beautiful and the in-house bar is very cozy. There is a good selection of drinks and the menu is vast. One of the highlights is the massages my partner and I had with Emma. She was very thorough and check in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was right and if we are warm enough. Recommend to drive instead of getting public transport, but there is a bus that runs ever hour to Stratford, as well as to Evesham where there is a lot of hidden gems!

Wow, where do we start?! We had our wedding here on June 29th and we are still on a high three days later!! The team gave us a the best day of our lives as well as reassuring a nervous bride along the way. The service, the food and the whole team just made our day perfect. We wedding at Karma Salford Hall in June 2024 and it was amazing. Throughout the planning process we were very impressed by the support of Ellie. She was really helpful throughout the day and made us to feel so at ease all day. The marquee looked amazing and Ellie was so helpful. We were lucky enough to get married outside in the beautiful garden and the food for wedding breakfast was so good our guests are still talking about it. We would recommend Karma Salford Hall to anyone looking for there perfect wedding venue.

We had our wedding at Karma Salford Hall in May 2024. Throughout the planning process we were very impressed by the support of Lizzy and Ellie. They were knowledgeable and warm, and really helped us to feel excited and organised in the run up to the day. The day itself went perfectly. The venue was looking stunning and has great indoor and outdoor spaces (we had our ceremony in the courtyard). The food was fantastic and arrived at a good pace, and the staff were all helpful. We also enjoyed our overnight stay at the venue. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and modern. The views out to the countryside were breathtaking. Breakfast was fairly busy, but it was delicious. We would recommend to anyone considering the venue for their event, and would like to say a big thank you to everyone at the venue for making our day so special. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Wow! Ellie and the team were incredible. They made our Wedding day everything we had hoped for and more! Every question was addressed promptly and kindly. Every doubt or concern was handled professionally and smoothly. On they day, all of our guests, from the kids to the elderly were treated with such care and respect. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were always on hand to help and support - they even took part too! (thanks for sharing the secret ducks 😉). Ellie's communication from when we started planning our wedding until the day, and after, was fab. She is incredibly knowledge and we relied on her opion in all matters. We simply cannot thank everybody enough for the amazing day we had. Mr & Mrs M ♥️

So where to begin. The bulding: the hotel is beautiful from the outside as its a grade 1 listed building but the amenities are poor due to the fact that it is a grade 1 building and nothing can really be done to renovate it. The water pressure is very poor and the water from the taps is, as the sign says next to it, "not drinking water". So you have to use bottled water to clean your teeth, make tea/coffee etc. The hotel does provide 1 free bottle a day which we found wasnt enough. There is a line in the rules that says "no food or drink from outside can be bought into the hotel" which in effect forces you to buy from the hotel unless you skirt this rule and bring your own water in. The decor isnt very modern and the beds are not overly comfortable. Heat is also a big issue. It gets very hot so you have to sleep with a fan on. Staff: Generally the staff are curtious but unprofessional. The bar is often not manned at all and you spend 10 minutes or more looking for someone to serve you. In the evening the staff can often be found sitting in the resturant chatting. Cost: I got this for a very discounted price compared to the normal £700-£1000 a week stay. This was an "experience offer" where i had to sit and listen to a pitch to take up membership for the hotel chain. I felt they were very pushy and ethics of peoplea financial situation wasnt really taken into account. A sale is a sale no matter what it takes.....i declined as i couldnt afford it. Overall: I wouldnt stay here again. The location is building is nice, food was average but the rest was poor. My advice, book a Premier Inn. Much cheaper, always consistent and you can always find staff. Plus the beds are amazing.

Lovely stay at Salford Hall. Allof the Staff were so pleasant and made you feel welcom. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The gardens were well maintained and it was lovely to sit outside on an evening. The food was excellent too.
