Everyone was quite helpful. The newest part of the hotel is quite nicely done with an over the top rooftop spa - sauna - pool - and relaxing rooms. It makes this stop an opportunity for chilling and relaxing. My room was in the older section of the hotel and while it was clean and well cared for, it's a contrast to the updated section. They served a most excellent breakfast buffet. The dinner was traditional local food and very good quality.

Hotel is clean and tidy. Staff friendly. You get sauna, pool, spa, fitness room and the breakfast included in the price. Great deal. Sadly no air condition. In the hotel there is a good restaurant. My room was quite big. Furniture in a vintage look. Bed mattress semi worn out, but still tolerable.

Wir waren zum Essen hier. Es war leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Essen selbst war geschmacklich ok und schön angerichtet, ABER die Kellnerinnen waren so unfreundlich, was die Stimmung bei uns trübte. Schade! Kein nettes Wort, kein Lächeln. Als wir noch etwas bestellen wollten, wurde uns recht unfreundlich erklärt, dass es jetzt nicht geht, sie kassiert noch Tische ab. Und als etwas vergessen wurde und wir danach fragten, wurden die Augen verdreht. (!) Ich versteh ja, dass manchmal viel los ist und man als Kellner viel zu tun hat. Aber so genervt, unfreundlich und hektisch sollte es in einem Gasthaus nicht zugehn. Essen geht man, um sich eine schöne Zeit zu gönnen und um sich wohlzufühlen. Das war definitiv hier nicht der Fall!

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Wir waren dort zum Skifahren und wurden auch super beraten, wie wir am besten in das Skigebiet kommen. Außerdem waren wir jeden Abend in dem Restaurant des Hotels essen, da das Essen mit seinen regionalen Produkten einfach fabelhaft war. Der Wellness Bereich nach dem Skifahren war auch ein Traum. Ich komme sehr gerne und bald wieder! Dieses Hotel ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen!

Top Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis am Eingang des Zillertals! Hatte ein Zimmer im Neubau - sehr geschmackvoll und vor allem durchdacht eingerichtet, es stimmen sogar die Details! Der Wellness Bereich im 3.Stock mit Infinity Pool, Saunen, Dampfbad und Ruheräumen ist ein Traum! Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig und das Abendessen ist auch hervorragend! Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung - ich komme sicher wieder!

Ambiente accogliente e personale disponibile. Pulizia ottima, un clima di cordialità, per chi la bicicletta c'è una stanza ad hoc con ricarica elettrica. La prima colazione è seguita dal personale con molta dedizione. Un vecchio hotel rimodernato, ci sono anche le foto storiche

Siamo stati in questo hotel per un soggiorno do tre notti,parti dell'hotel sono state rimodernate,ben attrezzata la zona spa,ma le camere non ristrutturate se pur grandi sono datate e prive di aria condizionata. Colazione a buffet non di certo da un 4 stelle,poca scelta,affettati di bassa qualitá così come il resto.Personale scarso e poco attento.Abbiamo provato a cenare lì la prima sera,ma non abbiamo trovato nulla di eccezionale,la mia grigliata personalmente era composta da 4 pezzi di carne ma anche dura,nessun tipo di verdura che accompagnava nessun piatto.Al momento di ordinare il dolce (ore 21.15) ci hanno risposto che non era possibile perché la cucina era chiusa,quando al tavolo di fianco al nostro sono arrivati con 5 piatti di desserts diversi.Personalmente non lo consiglio!Non ci ritornerei!

Wir waren zwei Nächte hier und wären am liebsten zwei Wochen geblieben. Das Hotel ist spitze, es ist alles super sauber, top eingerichtet, der Wellness Bereich ist wunderschön und wir wurden mit einer Herzlichkeit empfangen und bewirtet die seinesgleichen sucht . Sowohl Frühstück wie auch die Gastronomie haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen!!!
