The aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes. Nice things: - Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle. - Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower. Thing to call out: - The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn. - The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin. - The air conditioning is not adjustable.  - Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest. - Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash. - Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

The accommodation is good but there is no soap since the first day of check-in and I informed the staff at the counter but they did not fix it.

I really enjoyed the experience The room is nice and clean, the breakfast service is good, and the front desk is composed with nice people, especially Patricia who was very helpfull.

若干、駅から離れてるが徒歩圏内でアクセスしやすくフロントの対応も観光客慣れしており対応もよかった。 部屋には、簡易的なキッチンもありフライパンなどの調理器具や皿などもあり自炊も可能です。 リーズナブルな価格で全体的に良いと感じました。

前台非常友善，設施很好，房間的裝修我也喜歡，還有個小陽台，可惜我們來去匆匆，沒能很好體驗它的設施。位置離車站要略微走一小下，如果準備買24小時通票，可以坐一站路來回火車站。

Уже третий раз, находясь в Страсбурге, выбираем этот отель. Это значит, что в наших глазах он заслуживает твёрдой пятёрки. Место состоит из одних достоинств: низкая цена на фоне отличного сервиса, в пешей доступности от вокзала, приятная тихая улочка с деревами, чувство безопасности, милый персонал, очень комфортные и большие номера, кухонные принадлежности, в пяти шагах супермаркет, работающий с 7 до 21, в воскресенье с 7 до 12. За десять минут пешком можно дойти до исторического центра города.
