Beautiful stay staff are very attentative food is always good standard room was clean facilities are good never too busy great stay I visit here about 3x times a year . Overall great stay evening meal was beautiful and breakfast was equally as good

Thank you to attir and all the team, you all made our 35th anniversary weekend one to rember. The room was wonderful and the extra touches added that something special, the spa treatments were amazing, all the food was excellent. Once thank you all for a lovely weekend

Booked for a Hen Party weekend. The rooms are so pretty nice size, very comfortable bed. The hotel grounds are so pretty as well lots of places for photos The bathroom door is frosted glass and next to the bed which was strange! The light wakes you at night. Otherwise room is perfect. Kettle and such in the room. We used the spa which was amazing the ice room was my favourite but the pool and jacuzzi were amazing to. The party loved it wasn't to busy and could use all the room easily. 30 mins taxi into town was isn't to far. Breakfast was really good! Was the perfect place for a relaxing hen party weekend. Thank you

I cannot recommend Fairlawns enough! We had our wedding there and when I say nothing is to much, believe me. The events team didn't let us lift a finger. They had excellent communication and knowledge on the day and during the run up, the food was incredible (with added bonus of a pre wedding food tasting) and the day went so smoothly. The venue and Spa refurbishment are gorgeous and definitely recommend booking into the spa. Massive appreciation for Josh, Mo and Julian organising and coordinating the day. Massive thanks to the staff because they really were so friendly and attentive. 100/10. It was a day we will never forget.

I very rarely write reviews, but really felt I needed to after the most brilliant weekend at the fairlawns. My mom and step dad renewed their vows this weekend. A whole host of family and friends arrived at the fairlawns from Saturday to Monday for the celebrations. From the moment you enter, you are made to feel so welcome, whether you are a returning guest, as we are, or a first time visitor. From the spa, to the restaurant, bar, bedrooms, court yard and grounds, everything is absolute world class. The staff cannot do enough for you, they are so friendly and welcoming. Myself and my partner have booked our wedding for March next year. This weekend we got to see the fairlawns team in full swing, doing what they do best. We both come away from the whole experience so pleased and even more excited for our wedding day. We know we, our guests and our special day will certainly be in safe trusted hands. Thank you fairlawns team, I will be returning very soon for your lobster special that I saw advertised!

We were attending a funeral and decided to stay at Fairlawns as this was where the wake was taking place. We were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel as if nothing was too much trouble. Our room was large with a fabulous walk in shower. We also ate at the hotel that evening and the food was excellent. On the day of the funeral we attended the wake which was expertly catered for. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Walsall, they also have spa facilities which on this trip we didn’t use but when we return we intend to.

We visit relatively frequently and always look forward to a spa day. I have previously reviewed, praising the value for money. Since the remodelling, there are a number of changes where it seems the customer is not the focus. The food is still superb, with a change to lunch, now choosing in advance the main course and a dessert. Breakfast remains unchanged. However, afternoon tea and hot drinks are now additional charges, which detracts from the luxury and relaxation of the spa experience. The various spa facilities have been updated with a fantastic luxury finish and cannot be faulted. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. We will continue to visit but felt a bit disappointed by the changes made in the service provided.

We held our 40th Wedding Anniversary lunch in one of the private rooms. We have to say that the food, wine and service were truly outstanding. We had 40 guests and it was noticeable how many commented as to the quality of the food and drink. A number of our guests including ourselves stayed overnight and once again the service was excellent .The bedrooms were bright, modern, well maintained and extremely comfortable. This hotel has a consistent knack of providing top quality food, drink and service.

Just had the most amazing few days at Fairlawns Hotel and Spa. Our suite was excellent. Fresh, spotlessly clean, spacious. Didn't want to leave. The spa facilities are second to none. The evening meal in the restaurant was superb. Outstanding breakfast this morning. The staff are so helpful, polite, kind and so friendly. Couldn't do enough for us. We are celebrating my daughters' 30th birthday. Thank you to all the staff for making it so special for her. We shall definitely be back as soon as we can. A wonderful place to spend time
