Absolutely awful and dirty , thick dust all on top of head board and under bed side tables , food marks on wall and hair in bath plug, we had to rush out when we got to are room so couldnt tell reception, then reception was closed when we got back at 10 and left at 11 and no one in reception again as sign up saying closed , we have put a complaint to premier inn and they not interested and basically saying we are lying

The staff were amazing. My room was extremely clean with additional treats, jammie dodgers and Easter gummy treats, Thank you Bridie and Hannah. It really make my night. The girls really went up above and beyond in cleaning the room and the treats were a lovely touch

It was overall alright one male staff was not the friendliest and rooms had a bad smell the breakfast was nice but the staff in there weren’t the best it’s unlimited breakfast but they go funny when you have multiple things also watch you closely which can be uncomfortable

Great ,clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed the stay for 100% Definitely will book again. Kids wanted to stay longer and we even booked one more night stay. It was easy to book and the allowed us to stay in the same room.

We had a wonderful time thanks to Abbie and Rosie. We were in town for my sons birthday, he is young and really enjoys hotel stays. Abbie and Rosie heard about his excitement, and helped decorate the room with some bunting and balloons, and chocolates, and really engaged with him when he came in the hotel. It was really nice, thanks to the wonderful staff. Thr hotel was well kept and clean also, absolutely no complaints, but the staff really made this visit.

Room was very clean, staff friendly bed very comfortable. Went next door for evening meal, breakfast both excellent. Black out curtains very useful Bath quite high is the only downfall. Would recommend a hand rail to make safer. I would definitely stay again!

Good Premier Inn in a very handy location. There is their own, Brewers Fayre restaurant and a number of other outlets very close by. The welcome and check in was friendly, quick and efficient and the room was big and clean - all in all, very happy with our stay!

Spent 6 weeks in this hotel and was an absolute pleasure. The staff could not have been anymore helpful if they tried. They really did go above and beyond. In particular Hadleigh, who, even after my company had made an error with the booking, ensured my stay was not hindered. The names escape me, but every member I interacted with, inclusive of the attached Brewers Fayre, they were always smiling and always helpful throughout. A genuinely pleasurable stay.

Reasonable location, about 10-15 minutes from centre, overall typical Premiership Inn. Staff good, breakfast excellent which it isn’t always, bar closed at 10pm, room ok could have been cleaner and needs a roll off loo paper not paper thin sheets.
