As a single traveller I felt very welcomed and safe at this hotel Reception team very friendly My room was very clean with tea and coffee facilities Clean bathroom with towels and commodities Breakfast was fresh and hot Overall a great stay xx

A great location for a trip to the Emma Bridgewater factory which was only 5 minutes drive away. The hotel had plenty of parking and an efficient check-in. The rooms were large and comfortable, and very clean. The bed was always really comfortable and the bathroom well equipped with a shower and a bath. We took advantage of the Dinner, Bed & Breakfast deal which turned out to be amazing value. The Brewer's Fayre is connected so you don't even have to venture outside for meals! The dinner was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. An excellent choice for a stay in Stoke.

The staff are friendly/helpful and professional nothing was to much trouble We had a 3 floor room which is top floor at Handley premier inn, and we was very surprised with how big and spacious the room was. There was a very comfortable bed with single fluffy pillow for each side, if needed there was extra in the wardrobe. There was a powerful rain fall shower over the bath. There was no sound whatsoever we thought with it being on the main road we would hear the traffic but nothing no sound from anywhere.

Bed was comfy, room was well lit and very spacious. The area was definitely the best for me as you had a retail park across the road, b and m, Iceland perfect shops for snacking and getting whatever you need, also good location for Uber eats deliveries with a range of options.

Awful, avoid rooms dirty, smell of smoke in corridors and rooms, poor WiFi Feels like a contractors WiFi won’t allow me to make a complaint on their website Tired needs a full revamp With premier inn you expect a standard but this falls way short

Me and my sister stayed to go to the theatre and this was perfect location only a 10 minute walk! Hannah and Abbie we so welcoming on arrival. They are a great team. The room was really clean and comfortable. Also it was so quiet for how busy the hotel was! Great night sleep

Enjoyed my stay! Room was great, no problems. Cameron at the desk was friendly, respectful, and helpful with all my questions. Highly recommend this place for a smooth and pleasant experience. A truly positive stay thanks to the excellent service!

Really good customer service and room was clean and comfortable. Could have done with the room being a bit warmer in the morning but not a big issue as only stayed one night and I’m sure if I’d have asked how to operate the temperature controller, this would have been resolved. Having parking on-site was a real bonus!

Me and my wife decided to go for breakfast before a walk around the shops there on arrival we were told due to the hotel being quiet cooked breakfast would be to order which was fine until it came to the table omg bacon burnt to a crisp hash browns burnt and half the stuff ordered not on the plate when complained was told oh sorry about that pic below of full breakfast (not )
