Premier Inn Stoke/Trentham Gardens

Very nice, clean, spacious room, lovely staff, one of the 2 lifts doesn't go to the 3 Rd floor, ok if not on there but we were, needed a note on outside of lift as we had baby and lots of baggage on arrival, but wasn't an issue after arrival and certainly didn't put us off, will definitely stay again

We stayed here recently to watch a band play in the Gardens, and the location couldn’t have been better—it was literally right where the event was happening. After a long journey up from Kent, we were relieved to find good parking and received a warm, friendly welcome at check-in, which made things really easy. I had received an email saying I could upgrade our room by asking at reception, but unfortunately, this wasn’t possible when we arrived. I appreciate how busy the hotel was, but I do wish I had called ahead to check. The room itself was clean and comfortable—you really can’t go wrong with a Premier Inn. The shower was great, and we were able to leave the car parked for two days while we explored the area. There’s also a lovely garden centre nearby which was a nice bonus. Overall, a really pleasant stay and we'd happily return!

Incredibly convenient location for the event we were attending at Trentham Gardens, with free parking too. All the staff we encountered (reception, breakfast staff and cleaners) were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, they were a credit to the Premier Inn. The room was a perfect size, with excellent facilities. The bed was particularly comfortable and both my wife and I had one the best sleeps we have had in a hotel for a long time. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was very good quality and not overcooked or dry like some other buffet breakfast we have experienced. We will definitely stay here again. Fantastic!

While the hotel is okay. The food was horrendous. Got a combo starter and everything was overcooked and like trying to eat a lump of coal, then got scampi chips & mushy peas, the peas were like hardening cement! The scampi was cheap tiny pieces from Iceland probably. Left it. Won’t be eating there again!

Excellent hotel, booked 5 different rooms for family members, double twins and a family room. No complaints from any of them, breakfast was lovely, enjoyed by us all. Visited the shopping village before leaving and that was also excellent.

When I arrived at the restaurant I was standing for 7 minutes before I was noticed. They served others who came after I arrived. They finally sat me at the table, I am on meal deal and my employer paid for it. I ordered a tap water and a salad . It took 50 minutes for the girl who served me to noticed that I was still waiting not that she was attentive, she noticed because I called her, and I asked if the salad was going to take much longer and she said she would find out . Apparently they lost the ticket and I sat there for 50 minutes for nothing. I finally get a salad and no grilled chicken as I had no intention of staying there all night. Also the mug in the room was not clean and the toilet chemicals were left on top part of the toilet. I suggest you manage this hotel in a more effective way
