The hotel is standard Premier Inn so you know what you are getting with the room, what I didn’t know was how wonderful the team were. I stayed for three months whilst working in the area and did the team make the stay so much more pleasurable, the service, the humour, the banter absolutely made it. So a big up for the chef and cooks for always delivering hot tasty food, to Mark, Gemma, Amanda and Debs (and daughter), to the other staff that had to put up with me in the morning at breakfast but especially to their esteemed leader Chantelle, who went the extra mile when I wasn’t very well. So thank you to one and all. The hotel might need a little work to freshen it up but the team is great just the way they are.

Had a 2 night stay and was quietly surprised..the check in was great Mark was super helpful and friendly..helia in the restaurant was very professional with her service and the food was very goog

Rude staff who were just smoking outside. Dirty entrance. Having to wait 15 minutes to check-in despite my paying for early check-in. Room stank of stale cigarettes, boiling hot but aircon turned off and offered old dusty fan or a sheet to lie under to keep me cool. Would never ever visit again .

Staff friendly and good parking facilities. However rooms were ridiculously hot. The weather had been hot, but this day was cool. The heat in the room was siffling. I appreciate they advertise it as having no air conditioning, but given the window could only be opened by 2" it was unacceptable. I wouldn't stay here again in the summer and I wouldn't advise anyone else to. The general fabric of the place was a bit shabby. We had a hole in the skirting in our bathroom. Expensive. Especially for a Premier Inn. Premier Inn never reply to Tripadvisor reviews. This is annoying and shows a lack of willingness to take on board feedback.

Food and service were both great. Gemma was amazing and Ant cooked a great steak! Room very spacious and clean. The only disappointment was the bar was closed.

Stayed here last night,the guy behind reception was very friendly and helpful as were all the staff,nothing was too much for any of them. The room was spotless,the bed comfy. Food was lovely and a good deal on a food package. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one and if we had to come back to the area we would pay a second visit to you with no hesitation
