We went there because 'Lonely Planet' listed it 'first' in their suggested list. We were not disappointed. Lovely food and wines, presented well by a friendly staff team. Don't be put off by the lack of a sea view.

We stayed just a night here as part of a cycling holiday across Sardinia. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our cases were already in our room waiting for us. Francesca was extremely helpful, spoke excellent English and could not do enough for us. We had a great room at the top of the hotel with its own huge terrace, with sun loungers. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything you’d need for a short stay. The breakfast was continental style with good coffee and delicious fresh croissants. A lovely stay.

Restaurant dans lequel nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le service et les conseils du personnel sont très avisés. La nourriture est excellente et le poisson notamment, mérite le détour puisqu’il provient de la pêche du jour. Très bonne sélection de vins à des prix abordables. Cet établissement mérite véritablement le détour pour les amoureux de la vraie cuisine méditerranéenne. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant. Bravo à toute l’équipe et merci !

La spiaggia della pelosa andrebbe visitata o in maggio o in ottobre...anche fine settembre. Altrimenti è improponibile da vedere da quanta folla ricopre interamente la sabbia. La spiaggia andrebbe tutelata come la zona dell'isola di Caprera/ Maddalena. È stupenda!

Abbiamo usufruito solo del ristorante. Gentili ma uno dei camerieri troppo frettoloso nel prendere gli ordini in quanto appena seduti dopo pochi minuti gi ci ha messo fretta. 3€ per coperto mi sembra eccessivo. Abbiamo preso due primi: Il riso di nero di seppia buono e quantità giusta mentre gli spaghetti alle vongole piatto non corrispondente al prezzo in quanto pochi spaghetti ma soprattutto la maggior parte di vongole vuote. Il "gran" fritto di mare con due gamberi e mezzo anch'esso non corrispondente sia al prezzo che al nome. Prezzi eccessivi per la quantità.

Durante una difficoltosa ricerca di un ristorante aperto a Stintino, siamo arrivati da Silvestrino e ci è piaciuto talmente che siamo ritornati la sera successiva. Ottimo cibo con materie prime di qualità in una atmosfera lievemente retrò e molto cordiale.

Condivido le recensioni positive sull'ospitalità, professionalità e cortesia di tutto il personale, sull'accogliente struttura, pulita, rinnovata (2 piani senza ascensore , come opportunamente dichiarato) fornita di belle sale per pranzo e colazione, con posti anche all'esterno ( sulla strada con dehors), con ottima ristorazione, in posizione centrale e vicina al mare rispetto al paese, a pochi kilometri dalle spiagge più rinomate ( La Pelosa ). Suggerirei una colazione un po' più assortita, anche se comunque di buona qualità e nella media per le zone vicine che ho visitato. Sicuramente consigliabile.

Siamo stati ben tre volte a cena e abbiamo apprezzato la qualità delle pietanze e la professionalità del personale, sempre gentile e premuroso. Locale tranquillo nel centro di Stintino e atmosfera rilassata.
