Executive Inn Stillwater

Front desk is not staffed. You have to call or text a number to check in. It took a few attempts to reach someone. The lobby smells like an old apartment unit, mildewy and pine sol. We waited for 10 minutes but no one ever came to give us a room. We ended up leaving and driving home instead. There are numerous other choices on the street with better service.

Worse stay. Room was 222 for the night, only place in the area available due to OSU graduations, No one to help at the front desk, Stairs to our room out of order. Mismatched old towels thrown on the bed. Curtain rod almost falling off the wall. Carpet on the bottom of the wall torn and missing in areas. Bathroom door falling apart, unable to close, bathtub dirty and it wasnt due to it being old, it was sticky. The TV didnt work and we asked 3x for help with this and no one ever came by to at least say sorry we dont have another tv or anyone to fix it right now or I probably wouldnt even be writing this review right now. AC kept going out throughout the night so I had to keep getting up to mess with it. The lamp was cracked & old. The smoke detecter was broken. I did say if they dont refund my money I would write a bad review and their response was are you threating us? Airbnb will just remove your review then said that the room was fine before we got there which was a complete lie. Unprofessional & Rude.

Booked "apartment" for family for 2 weeks in August. Arrived and place was dirty, smokey, stank of ****, had broken light switches and unclean linen. A partition door fell off in my hand. I have been refused a refund and my emails are not answered. 4 months later I'm taking legal action to recover the cost that was paid up front. This place is a health and safety nightmare. Door locks are defective and one of the reasons I turned around and walked away despite it being 2 am after international flights. Looks good on web. Awful in the flesh.

Not Safe! Uninhabitable!!! The door to our room would not latch. The actual door knob itself did not operate. The door jam itself was cracked....evidence of it being kicked in at one time. The trim around the interior of the door was separated from the wall. There was a hole in the wall to the adjoining room big enough to put my hand through. No towels. The pillows on one of the two beds was nothing more than a sofa cushion stuffed into a pillow case. The room was filthy. I've followed up with a call to the Stillwater health and code enforcement department. They should not be allowed to operate the property in this condition.

It was great! The blankets are super soft and comfy. The staff was wonderful and very friendly! I would definitely recommend this to anyone that comes to visit me. And if I ever need a hotel again, I’ll be sure to stay here

The place is under new management and they are sprucing the place up. The rooms are being remodeled and they look great and the bed are comfortable. The management went out of their way to accommodate my last minute reservation. I am impressed how well I was treated and how clean the place was.
