Sleeps 4-7 people in a two story house with a loft. The large loft is the bedroom. 2 queen size beds and a twin hid-a-bed in loft. Also, there is a queen hid-a-bed in the living room. 1 full bathroom (towels, tub shower, flushing toilet) plus an outhouse if need be. Full kitchen with utensils, fridge, stove, coffee pot. The house has all the basics to make you feel right at home.
