Premier Inn Glasgow Stepps (M80, J3)

Hello, we love this hotel because it’s having good ventilation,good parking space and Great lighting as well. We stayed with family for one night and there are few hotels and takeaways nearby and it is well connected but I need to say some improvements The tv don’t have others apps Sometimes the key don’t work

Assigned Room 1. Worst nights sleep ever. Room is sandwiched between the access door on ground floor to ALL rooms and the lift so it was very noisy all night. The shower is a dribble and the restaurant is shut. And despite there being 2 on reception and only one in front of me it took an age to check in. What's so difficult about checking people in that have booked online?

Could be bit more cleaner & I have a blue badge for parking and just received a ticket so staff should be explaining to us about parking rules in their car park

A clean hotel, with poor aesthetics. Was told on arrival that the Kitchen was not available for Breakfast despite there being no prior notification, although I was meant to have received an email.

Ventilation system was noisy all night and kept me awake. Staff said later it could have germ switched off by them above the ceiling.

Had no microwave facilities to warm the food. No drinking water bottles available. No phones available to make a call to reception. Wi-Fi was not working properly.

The staff was lovely. The hotel looks tired from the outside.... room very basic and the WiFi was slooooow, when it was working!! The brewer's fayre next door is terrible, that's when it opens, which is more miss than hit. location was perfect. Such a shame

the only down side was the breakfast, we both paid £10.99. The presentation was ok on the cereal side, the cooked food was greasy. I requested poached eggs as the menu states, oh we have no gas so they are off. The fried eggs were finished off under a grill and more like frisbees, I asked for fresh eggs after 15 mins I asked again to be told that breakfast was now finished. I spoke to the receptionist in the hotel and she has kindly agreed to refund the cost of the breakfasts. A few people heard me and I belief they requested a refund, not good.

We do not recommend this premier inn to anyone it was really dirty and the bathroom was not clean at all, and the curtains were also stained.
