Beautiful New RV located on private property in town, minutes away from Tarleton University, parks, walking trails and, shopping. After six wonderful years of hosting it was time for a RV upgrade. The new RV features a spacious queen size bedroom, full kitchen with a large dining area also a great work space. The bunk beds are full sized, and the bathroom is spacious. The air conditioning is brand new and amazing to beat the summer heat. This RV features an all seasons insulation package.The RV is located by my patio that is surrounded by beautiful Pecan Trees. Homemade Delicious Chocolate chip cookies will greet you upon your arrival! Hi-speed internet and Roku tv includes Netflix, Hulu, plus many more are channels included. Self- check in is provided! The RV is cleaned and disinfected throughly after each guest departures.
