Very disappointed with the booking service!
The reception hours are extremely limited and don’t even match the ones listed on trip.com! It was very difficult to arrange a late check-in. I had to validate my card (make a payment) through a suspicious-looking website. I had to message them constantly to ask what to do next and whether everything was okay, as they sent no confirmation or updates whatsoever. Eventually, after I contacted them again, they said the validation had failed—even though the money had already been taken from my card. This was on the morning of the check-in day, and I could have ended up on the street! I tried to call, but they didn’t answer—the phone only works Wednesday to Saturday, for just 2 hours a day! Do they really think this is customer service?!
The hotel itself and the room were cozy and pleasant.
In the morning, I went to breakfast, only to be told it was not included in my booking—again, not what was stated on trip.com. Reception took a long time to check things, but I’m thankful they let me eat for free in the end. The breakfast was very poor: no omelets, no sausages, and the only vegetables were a few wilted slices of tomato.
Please align your actual booking process and conditions with what’s listed on Trip.com! I’d also suggest adding to the hotel description that this is primarily a hotel for elderly guests, just to give a more accurate impression.
