This three-story rental sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the family room. Sleep soundly on a queen-size bed in the primary suite. Local parks include Little Toots Park and West Lincoln Park -- each of which is a 7-minute walk. During warmer months, walk six minutes to the Blackmere Trailhead or five minutes to the Yampa River Core Trail. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
