Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with meadow, orchard. Steep, narrow motor access. Stepped path (60 steps) to the house. Parking at the house, single garage. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 2 km, bicycle rental 2.2 km, railway station "Como" 51 km, pebble beach 3 km, grass beach 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km.
