Easy check-in and check-out. The room and bathroom was clean. I would stay here again.

Well, where do I start. Checked in and got our room assignment. Walked in to check everything out. First thing I noticed was no TV remote. When I called to ask the front desk for another remote the young man said “Are you the room who called about a bad smell and food left in a refrigerator?” This should have been my first clue. I responded no that I needed a remote for the TV. His response was “I have been looking for those and have not found any yet but if I find one I will bring it to you. Second, the room was an ADA room and had the bars in the shower, however the step from the main room into the bathroom had a gap that if you were NOT aware of or did not notice you will trip. The pool was green and unusable. Noticed a piece of gum or candy the size of a nickel pressed into the picture on the wall. We were so tired that we didn’t not notice the picture or we would have demanded a new room. I am very very shocked at the room and facility overall. Will not recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and there were good options for the continental breakfast. This was convenient to the college and many other areas in town. The pool was closed which my children were upset about but hopefully it is up and running soon.

Stay was fine & enjoyable. Breakfast was a tad disappointing, very lack luster. Suite was small but comfortable, bathroom is way small. Needed an ADA accessible room, none were available, so bathroom was difficult.

My stay was quiet and comfortable. The room condition left a bit to be desired. The shower had soap scum and mold in it. The bed was pretty lumpy. The breakfast was very subpar. I wound up throwing it away and getting something after I left.

This was one the best experiences we have had in four years of visiting our daughter in college.

Didn’t arrive till almost 2 am, AC was amazing, beds were great! Only thing was, had to call front desk for additional bedding because didn’t know closet was hidden behind large mirror and needed additional bedding for sofa sleeper

The property has a great location but it is not quiet. There is a lot of road traffic and you can hear everything going on outside the room.

Giselle at the front counter was amazing!!! She was super accommodating and offered a friendliness you don’t normally get. Great stay and was comfortable with two adults and two kids.
