This private retreat features a luxurious queen bed, a smart TV for your entertainment, and a generous walk-in closet to store your belongings with ease. The lower level offers even more convenience with a bonus full bathroom and a washer and dryer to handle all your laundry needs during your stay. Whether you’re here for game day, sightseeing, or simply to relax, our home is perfectly suited to your needs. For groups exceeding 6, there is an additional fee of $35 per person, per day. This fee helps cover added liability, wear and tear, and cleaning. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. • Parties & Events: Parties or similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to protect the comfort and security of our guests, maintain the property, and respect the peace of our surrounding community. • No Pets: To ensure a clean and allergen-free environment, pets are not permitted. • No Weapons: For the safety of all guests, weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. • Noise Policy: All outdoor music and noise must end by 10 PM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
