Hotel Baškuća

Very cozy hotel with its own charm and local vibes. I had a single room. It was compact, but okay for 1 person. What I liked the most about my stay: 1. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed (vanity kit, robe, slippers, etc) 2. Breakfast was amazing. It was really a highlight of my stay. I particularly liked the cheese selection. Restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. 3. Location. It’s close to everything (old town, City Hall, yellow fortress). 4. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel. A few bakeries and coffee/tea shops. Even if you are tired, you are steps away from some cozy coffee shops. 5. Check in and check out were fast and smooth. I was provided a later checkout and I’m really thankful for that. What could be improved: 1. The WiFi wasn’t strong. I used my eSIM. There is a smart tv in the room, but I couldn’t watch even a short YouTube video. 2. The AC wasn’t really strong. I could control the ac in my room, but it wasn’t successful. 3. My room was close to the reception desk (ground floor). Plz see a photo attached. If you are a light sleeper, it could be a problem cuz you’ll hear ppl coming in and out as well as the receptionist and cleaning ladies. For me personally it wasn’t a big issue, but next time I’d go for the second floor if possible. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I recommend this hotel.

I’ve been to Sarajevo many times before, but never had this much comfortable, classy and tasty stay. For breakfast i usually go to Buregdžinica Sač in Sarajevo, but first time i wanted to try hotel breakfast and i did not regret, it was perfect😋. An old Sarajevo building well renewed and designed👌🏻 Rooms are cozy and comfortable. 😴 A special thanks to the staff for their warm wellcoming, hospitality, perfect serve and sincerety🧿
