We provide a 20" Life Preserver Ring with a 98' rope, and a ladder secured to the bulkhead to easily get in and out of the water.- Tenants will use the Bay at their own risk.- Tenants and guests who can’t swim need to be supervised.- All children who enter the Bay must be supervised at all times.- Tenants must inform the landlord immediately in case of a safety or maintenance issue related to the bulkhead or dock.- Tenants assume responsibility to supervise all of their guests. “Guests” refers to any property visitors whether they have been directly invited or not.- Tenants should use the grill at their own risk, and only operate the grill on the ground patio, and not on the wood deck or inside the home. The grill should be unplugged and all burners should be turned to the off position after every use. All guests are responsible for cleaning the grill before and after every use. This includes the grease trap under the grill. - Reservations include the use of 6 seasonal beach badges. Guests are responsible for all 6 beach badges and a replacement fee of $75 will be charged for each lost beach badge.- As per Seaside Heights, NJ regulation the minimum rental age is 21 years old.
