Goodtime Too, is a beautiful corner condo that offers incredible views of the West Spanish Peak from the front porch and the Sangre de Cristo mountains from the back deck, including Cuchara Mountain Resort & Park! This condo features granite kitchen countertops, upgraded kitchen cabinets & appliances, a Harman pellet stove, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and a full size washer and dryer, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, with half bath on the ground level. The two bedrooms upstairs contain a king bed in the master, and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Two full baths also upstairs. Kick back, slow down, relax and enjoy the breeze out on the back deck; or walk up to Cuchara Mountain Park, hike a nearby trail, or fish one of the six lakes within a 50 minute drive! Take a five minute cruise down to the village of Cuchara and visit the general store for a few gifts, grab a bite to eat or your favorite beverage at the famous Dog Bar, then stroll over to the Bear's Den and play a round of mini golf. There is also Lokal Perks, the Yacht Club and Dakota Dukes in the village with all their goodies too! Winter: The dirt road to the condo is plowed when it snows but we suggest driving a capable 4wd vehicle just in case. The condo is located in the Rocky Mountains and borders the San Isabel National Forest and there is A LOT of wildlife (Bears, Deer, Elk, etc.) in the immediate area. PLEASE BE ALERT AND AWARE of your surroundings at all times (especially at night). We strongly suggest bringing and carrying BEAR SPRAY. CHARCOAL GRILLS or FIRE PITS ARE NOT ALLOWED! The Lodge is the largest cabin available for rent in Cuchara. It can accommodate 26+ people! A minimum of 4-night stay during holidays. This cabin is great for large family's. It is located just up the drive from the Cuchara Mountain Park and Cuchara Mercantile (a great wedding venue). You can enjoy many outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, disc golf, La Veta Golf Course and much more. The views are unlike any other showing off the Spanish Peaks and the Sangre de Cristo mountain range. Inside The Lodge you will find abundant space for everyone. There are three levels to this Lodge. On the upper level you will find two bedrooms with King beds and their own bathrooms and private balcony's. Upstairs also has a loft/sunroom to take in the best views. On the main level of the Lodge you will find a half bathroom, the dining room with two dining tables, the kitchen, living room with a TV and fireplace, two king sized bedrooms that have their own bathrooms and own private balcony's. There is also a large deck off of the living room. On the main level is also the laundry room, another bedroom with a queen bed and two double beds and its own bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. In the basement you will find the game room with a pool table, arcade game, wet bar, poker table, foosball table, as well as a theater room! There is also a large deck coming off of the game room. In the basement there is a large room that is dedicated to the kids! It has two queen beds as well as three double bunk beds and a sofa couch. There is a full bathroom in the basement off of the game room. Down the hall in the basement is another full bathroom as well as two other king size bedrooms one of which has its own full bathroom as well.
