Apartment is modern, spacious and clean, fully equipped. It is an ideal romantic getaway for a couple, or a couple with young child. Very safe and off the street, with complete privacy and quiet. In the garden there is a private pool, garden furniture, 2 solar showers and barbeque. The bedroom sleeps 2 + 1 child (on separate bed). There is a sofa bed in the dining area (for a child). So the maximum occupancy can be 2 adults + 2 children. Kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom with rain shower. Our guest enjoy their stay very much. Our apartment is ideally situated for taking one day trips and excursions to Parks of Nature, National Parks and even the famous town of Dubrovnik. Zadar is a great city, a city full of tradition and modernity, a city open to the sea. Stroll along the waterfront and hear the amazing sound of the "sea organ" while watching "the most beautiful sunset in the world" according to Alfred Hitchcock. This city of Zadar is marked by its history and turned towards modernity. Zadar is a different city, incomparable, with a soft and cozy atmosphere, a holiday atmosphere of tranquility and serenity. Zadar is quiet and safe: you can go for walks during the night as well as during the day. You will discover splendid vestiges of the Roman era, but also fine shops, restaurants at affordable prices, fruit and vegetable markets, outdoor concerts. “Little Croatian Rome” (zadar) is surrounded with 5 National Parks: Paklenica, Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, Krka waterfalls and North Velebit. An hour or two by car or by boat from Zadar or other towns in the region takes you to all National Parks. Zadar is not too crowded, it’s not overrun with tourists and has two unique attractions – the sound-and-light spectacle of the Sea Organ and Sun Salutation – need to be seen and heard to be believed. It’s not a picture-postcard kind of place, but the mix of beautiful Roman architecture, Habsburg elegance, a wonderful seafront and some unsightly ordinary office blocks is what gives Zadar so much character. This condo apartment is part of a well-maintained building and has 2 bedrooms and a sitting room, which is used as a bedroom for guests. It is a comfortable space of 74 square meters, which has also a kitchen and dining room combined plus a private terrace. One bedroom is retained by a host and the second bedroom and sitting room are dedicated for guests. Two guests are allowed per room and a party of up to 4 guests can retain both rooms. The location of the apartment is great: it is a the bottom end of the harbour with a 5-minute walking distance to Kolovare beach and a 10-minute stroll to the center of the old town. Standard amenities, such as a hospital, police, fire fighting station, and ambulance are within walking distance and a plethora of cafes and restaurants are around, with a Galleria shopping mall just around the corner. This inviting condo apartment is nestled within a well-maintained building, offering a cozy and practical living space of 74 square meters. The apartment features two dedicated bedrooms, with one reserved for the host and the other available for guests. The second bedroom, along with a sitting room that can be used as an additional guest bedroom, allows for flexible accommodation. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and it has a size of 65 qm. It consists of one bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, one bedroom with 1 double bed, separated from kitchen with sliding doors, kitchen with dining room, bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 separated toilet, covered terrace - size 25qm. Our guests have a parking place in yard and it is possible to use a grill. Location: Petrcane is a lovely, small village just 15 km from the city of Zadar. Type of beach: pebble and concrete. Along the whole beach there is a cool, refreshing pine forest.
