Fabulous experience at this hotel. Impeccable service throughout my 4 days here, and the room was spacious and lovely ! Breakfast was filling , everything was amazing. Wished I could stay a few more days here. Will definitely come back if I visit Crete

Beautiful hotel, small but perfect for couples. Came from Ireland for 5 nights. Pool was small, but again, it wasn’t busy and very relaxing as mostly couples just lounging around. Rooms were very comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. Staff were so friendly, and were great for local advice on where to eat and how to get around. Bus stop outside the door bringing you directly to Chania leaving every 20 mins approx. Would absolutely recommend.

Wow, what a great experience! The Mossa Wellbeing Hotel in Crete has been a fantastic find! The service has been exceptional. The staff, particularly Alex & Aris have been amazing and the vibe is really chilled-out. The food is excellent, with a menu that’s clearly been well thought out and leans towards healthy options. And once again, the staff can’t do enough for you – they really make you feel welcome. Massive thanks to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with fantastic service.

We have just arrived home after a 7 night stay as a family of 4. First class accommodation and polite friendly staff. Mossa is wonderful. Fantastic breakfast each morning. We stayed in a mezzanine room and it was very spacious for what we needed as spent most days by the great pool or on the local beaches. The bus ride into Chania is well worth a visit and stops outside the hotel every 15 minutes. This was a complete change for us as a holiday as we always hire a car and stay in a villa. But after a busy year we needed time to chill and Mossa certainly helped us all with that. Thank you to everyone we came across you are all amazing.

Excellent accommodation and staff - with great gym and classes. Rooms are airy, great balconies. 5 minute walk to the beach, easy parking and a bus service that runs to centre of Chania. Alex and Anna always on hand to offer really good recommendations as to good restaurants

What an amazing hotel. Staff were very friendly would 100% recommend. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! They didn’t have availability for the 10 days we wanted, so they converted the spa room into a room for the night, allowing us to complete the full 10 days! Truly went above and beyond.

Honestly I don't think you could buy the ambience in this hotel, it's perfect. It's a small hotel the rooms are spacious, the bar and pool area is the epitome of chilled out. Nice music in the background and very comfy sun beds to relax. We ate in the restaurant one evening the moussaka was amazing . There are 3 lovely beaches very close and the bay is calm and shallow. The staff are first class, they have service with a (genuine) smile totally nailed. I was worried the area would be in the middle of nowhere but there are lots of shops and bars and some swanky 5 star hotels a few minutes walk. We did the costal walk and back to Chanias Venetian harbour, very touristy but worth seeing.

We have just returned from our 4th visit to Mossa in three years and are already planning to return for a 5th. The location is perfect with a choice of beautiful beaches close by and a scenic coastal walk into Chania. The warmth of the welcome here is fantastic and the owner Christos and Alex the manager make sure your stay is wonderful in every way. Every person working here is friendly, kind and helpful. Special thanks also to Anna and Sissi. The chefs prepare delicious breakfast and meals throughout the day and housekeeping do an amazing job. We never want to leave. We love Mossa Wellbeing Hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the Mossa well being Hotel for 10 nights in a junior suite with private garden and we enjoyed every minute. Having stayed and traveled in many countries, this hotel exceeded our expectations and met all our needs. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and hospitable and made you feel being friends not customers. Alex and Christos were amazing as hosts and in providing recommendations for trips in Chania and surrounding areas as well as restaurants. Everything was managed highly professionally and smoothly such as airport pick up, check in, daily room cleaning. The breakfast was very nice we appreciated a lot the organic local products. The pancakes were so tasty as well as the fresh orange juice and sourdough bread. We also enjoyed the restaurant in the evening and Swimmingpool. The location ist just perfect with 4 beaches nearby. We especially enjoyed the sunset beach. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. - Katharina and Rakesh from Germany
