Premier Inn Staines Upon Thames

Not enough staff, had food in the restaurant, starter came out missing the main item, actual meal came out wrong (should have been tex mex burger and brought me a chicken burger.) When correct meal came out it was luke warm. Complained and the nice manager gave us a free drink. Sent the food back and never had anything. The poor team are working hard but trying to run the kitchen/bar/restaurant/reception. It’s crazy, premier inn need to get there act together here, as a customer who has stayed in many premier inns this has to be the worst service. Kitchen getting the orders wrong doesn’t help but the front of house staff are run ragged. Get them some help

Staff were excellent, particularly Igor and Ana. Splendid service and the hotel is immaculate. Highly recommended:) And the breakfast is great! We parked in the Elmsleigh Centre outside carpark, just across the road and down about 100m. Thank me later ;)

Stayed here for two nights to visit Thorpe Park. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. The bus station is a short walk away for direct access to the park. Plenty of great cafes and restaurants in walking distance too. Note the tub/shower in our room was lifted at least 1/4 of a meter off the floor, which made it awkward/difficult to get in and out - we managed, but I could see it being difficult for some folks.

Following successfully acquiring tickets for the Crystal Palace Vs Manchester City FA Cup Final, the family needed a hotel to stay in for the evening. Reviewers of my TripAdvisor contributions will know this is a frequent statement I use, however with a Premier Inn you cannot go wrong. A customer will always know what they will receive with a Premier Inn, a clean room, comfortable bed and an excellent restaurant. This location was no different, it was well located on the River Thames & central for the Staines Town Centre. As ever, the room was clean and warm with good Bathroom facilities & large TV. The Breakfast was excellent with fresh hot & cold options. We visited Thorpe Park the day after the FA Cup final and this is perfectly located for this attraction.
