Eagles Palace - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

My wife and I are traveling very much. The trip to Eagles Palace was chosen for us by our son. I have to be honest and say that the complex and the restaurants are very, very good! The amazing thing about the Eagles Palace resort is the staff. Everybody, the concierge team, the room caretakers, the staff on the beach, the waiters in the restaurants, the managers of the restaurants, the amazing reception team, the reception manager Mrs. Margarita Karowioti and of coarse the General Manager Mr. Vasilis Kapetanos!!! Thank you very much to all of you for the great time my wife and I I had!!!

A truly wonderful week. Great location and facilities. The communal areas are clean and spacious with quirky artwork. The buffet has an excellent variety of food and drink and if you want a la carte, this is also on offer. The team of staff are professional, efficient and friendly. They have clearly been trained well in customer service. I had a lovely surprise birthday cake presented to me, how thoughtful. Its peaceful and quiet; there is lots of space as there is a pool and the beach is long and also has a quiet/ adults only zone where you can always find free loungers after you've picked up your beach towels. There are toilets and private changing cubicals on the beach. Free demo's on olive oil and greek cooking as well as wine, coffee and cocktails for a small fee which are a great way to educate yourself in Greek culture. Thank you to Chef Simon, Chef Alexandros, Georgio and Constantina in the restaurant, Eagles Club Bar Manager, General Manager Nikolas and everyone else at Eagles Resort for such a magical birthday holiday. week. Perfect stay, second time around, planning our third. If you want relaxation, fantastic service, wonderful breakfasts and a break from the stresses of life then this place is just perfect. The local town is a 5 min taxi ride away (nothing is walkable) where you will find a lovely selection of seafront restaurants that are out of this world. ONLY downside for us is the 1hr 45min transfer but given we are planning to go next year, it's worth it for us.

Its excellent location, the well trained and friendly personnel and the high quality food make this hotel ideal for vacation. You can any time find a spot to relax on the beach ( 4 different beaches ). Congrats to the management and staff. Would only suggest to pay attention to the cleanliness of the beach towels. We've spend 6 days and we have been facing the same poor quality every day.

A truly relaxing escape by the sea! The resort offers stunning views, comfortable rooms, and the calming sound of waves just steps away. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to make your stay peaceful and unforgettable. A special mention to the manager, Vasilis – he is absolutely exceptional. Warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, Vasilis goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and cared for. His kindness and genuine hospitality made our stay truly outstanding. I’ve had the pleasure of staying in some of the finest hotels around the world, but I must say, Vasilis stands out as the very best at what he does. Truly impressive.

Second visit to this luxury hotel for our wedding anniversary. We had a private transfer from the airport which took around 1 hour 30 minutes. Given a glass of Prosecco whilst we were checked in which was nice and then personally walked to our room by one of the receptionists. The room was lovely, the decor has been updated since our last visit, unfortunately though the balcony was so small we had to remove the table to be able to get on it. Returned to reception and asked to move to a room with a larger balcony. Our request was approved and we were moved the next day to another room with a huge balcony where we sat with a cuppa every morning. The room had a nice bathroom with a large modern shower, unfortunately the door didn't shut fully so the floor got wet. There was a nice big bed and a sitting area as well as a dressing room which was a lovely extra. There were plenty of sockets and USB points as well as different light settings. A mini bar with complimentary soft drinks and water and chocolates were delivered daily. The restaurant had been altered since our last visit with a children's food station added. There was less choice of food which wasn't a bad thing as there was still alot of choice. There was show cooking at breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant. We also visited Lofos an Italian up at the villas, Kamares fine dining and Armyra a fish restaurant on the beach, all were a fantastic experience but there was an extra payment on top of our half board supplement. There are three parts to the beach, quiet, medium and busy. We preferred the quiet as it was easier to get into the water and of course quiet. Although it is sandy there are quite a lot of stones when entering the sea. The water is gorgeous and very clear and the beach is exceptionally clean. There is waiter service from the pool bar onto the beach and changing cubicles and toilets so you don't have to go back to your room. There is also a large swimming pool with fresh water that is kept at a lovely temperature and has a swim-up pool bar with fabulous staff. There is a main bar and seating both indoors and outside allowing you to see the wonderful vista over the beach towards numerous islands. The outdoor seating area has been improved with the removal of the grass and replacement with astro turf which prevents some of the biting bugs. The gardens are gorgeous and well maintained with beautiful flowers that attract so many butterflies. The bar service is good and there is plenty of choice plus there is a pianist who plays very well every night. There is also a spa and I treated myself to a massage which was carried out expertly. There is a gym and an indoor pool with a jacuzzi and sunbeds which you can use without extra expense. The reception staff are very courteous and polite and the new General Manager who has been in his position for three months is superb. He really likes to know that the guests are happy and appreciates honest feedback.
