Ibis Budget Perpignan Centre

Habitación muy pequeña para 3 personas, la ducha esta en el medio de la habitación y el baño no tiene ni pestillo.

J'ai mis du temps à trouver l'hôtel mais une fois très bien . Accueil 24/24 ce qui permet de rentre sans souci

One of the worst hotel stays that I’ve ever had. The room itself is incredibly basic and has the feel of a hotel rather than a hotel. As it’s a cheap hotel, I could overlook that if it was the only issue. Sadly, the main issue was that I consistently could enter my room due to a faulty lock. The first night involved waiting for an hour and a half while the very concerned concierge failed to unlock the room, resulting in me not having access to my clothes, work equipment or wash kit for the night. I was finally given another room at 4.30am but was asked to be back up early to get my room back. When I requested a refund for that night, it was refused. I pushed this further and was told to email the manager. Weeks later and I’ve still not had a response. The same faulty door also wouldn’t open the following night and the same concierge had to break the lock open, asking me not to leave the room once I was in, as it would probably jam again. A truly awful hotel experience. This would be a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the night concierge who did all he could to help.

Not suitable for a more than 2 days stay. Not any piece of furniture to just put your bag. Everything must be left on the florr. We stiffled. Obviously old rooms. Staff friendly and helpfull by the way

It was an ok hotel which did the job. Quite cheap and check in was easy. Beds were comfy. I had the double bed and my daughter the bunk. Toilet door could of done with being a little more private as could hear each other at toilet. Shower is in the room with you. Nice powerful shower just not private enough. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment but was a decent stop and I would spend time there again if we visit Perpignan.

Mit diesem Ibis Hotel war ich nicht so zufrieden wie mit anderen Hotels dieser Hotelkette. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber gut. Die Tiefgarage, die sich im Haus befindet, war sehr praktisch. Der Frühstücksraum war winzig und das Frühstück nicht sehr reichhaltig. Dass die Frühstückszeit bereits um 9 Uhr endete empfand ich als ein weiteres Minus.

Je suis dégoûter !!! Je suis arriver sur Perpignan hier après midi une jeune fille avec un turban sur la tête m’a vulgairement accueilli sans politesse je déconseille cette établissement c horrible elle et rentrer dans ma chambre alors que je n’était point vetu de mes habits à fuir

En famille lors des fêtes nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel …. Très mauvaise expérience à cause du manque de propreté. Des taches brunes sur les serviettes, des taches au mur ( du sang ?) , des cheveux dans la douche , une couette complètement jaunie , des oreillers également jaunâtres sous la taie …. Nous n’y reviendrons pas , cela dit j’espère que c’est une erreur occasionnelle due à la période des fêtes

On a passé deux nuits Le matelas doit avoir 20 ans il est à mettre à la poubelle impossible de dormir une honte une impression de démangeaison ?forcément le matin en retard pour le petit-déjeuner on a payé mais c'est fini à 9h30. La première nuit on sait pas pour le parking on paye 27 € pour avoir laissé la voiture la nuit alors que le lendemain on a vu une pancarte dans l'ascenseur qui nous a fait payer 11 € pour la deuxième nuit au parking c'est quand même mieux mais personne ne vous met au courant . Bien sûr l'hôtel est placé en plein centre-ville. mais plus jamais .
