Our pet-friendly non smoking hotel offers free Wi-Fi spa and spacious indoor swimming pool with 80-foot waterslide. Jacuzzi suites are also available. Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve a room. Work in our business center or hold a meeting for up to 14 people in our boardroom. Several regional attractions like Johnson Geo Centre and Jack Byrne Arena are within driving distance of our hotel and we offer a free hot breakfast item includes coffee tea juice pre packaged food cold cereal hot cereal fruit cup yogurt bread jam pancakes.
College of the North Atlantic and Memorial University are both within driving distance as well as the Johnson Geo Centre and The Arts and Culture Centres of Newfoundland and Labrador. Our hotel is just minutes from several great dining spots including Quintanas de la Plaza Chess Fish and Chips and The Keg Steakhouse and Bar.

The room was somewhat rundown. The rest of the hotel had been renovated into suites or was being renovated when we were there. We chose the hotel for location. The noise from construction work was somewhat annoying.

My Queen room with two queen beds was not available at check-in. It was given away with no communication to me whatsoever. Showed up at 9pm and no room. I had to accept what was available. Staff burst through the door at 7:45 am, said “sorry, didn’t know anyone was in here” and left again. Same staff member told me items stated to be on the breakfast menu but weren’t, we’re not typically available on weekends. Said they “don’t put them out on weekends”

We stayed here 1 night. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and super helpful when we checked in. Breakfast was good and a decent selection. Blueberry scones were the best I have ever had…I went for seconds. All in all I would stay here again and recommend it.

Exceptional Experience, very professionally cleaned with over the top staff that are quite helpful. The room was Awesome with the most comfortable bed and everything so convenient Internet. The air quality was great and refreshing. Perfect 100% is the only way to describe My stay!!

Would recommend this place to anyone travelling to St. John’s. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s a very clean motel. Very quiet spot to stay. We came for dr appointment and got a small discount!

The best place ever. Everyone is so nice and sweet my son even made a friend and she would ask about him if she seen us.she made the nights away from home feel like home she was amazing thank you Rita you made The stay amazing.The pool is perfect if you have a small baby or toddler there a a very shallow spot they can stand up in. And for only 116$ a night you get free breakfast (eggs/pancakes ect.) The stay was wonderful for the price.

Myself and my 2 children, 11yrs, and 12yrs Stayed for a weekend , the weather was gross, but we were content in the hotel:) Kids love the pool and waterslide, and everybody is always pleasant while we are there. Clean and the staff are great

This is my favourite place to stay while visiting st.Johns .. great room and service.. loves the friendly house keeping staff .. easy check in and check out .. and great breakfast included in the stay ..

Five day stay in the city and this was the perfect location, price and service. Mike on the front desk provided awesome service for everything we needed. We enjoyed having the free breakfast in the morning, easily saved us $30 a day. Appreciate your hospitality, we will stay again when we visit.
