Gavin and Charlotte were so welcoming from the moment you stepped in, you couldn't ask for nicer hosts. Very helpful and you can see how they care about their guests. Had a very comfortable room with amazing view over St Ives and the sea. Although my room was not en-suite the shower room was just across so no problem at all. The room had all the facilities you needed and a good selection of teas, coffee, biscuits etc. A good selection of breakfast meals, even an old favourite of boiled eggs with soldiers! freshly cooked and yummy. I will definitely book there again on my next visit but maybe a better keep it a secret lol

A really lovely welcoming guest house. Charlotte and Gavin do everything to make you feel at home. The room was quite small but it had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, tea, bottled water and biscuits provided in the room. Good location with a beautiful view to the sea, a short walk to the harbour and to a range of restaurants.

If you’re looking for a b&b where you feel looked after and cared for this is it. Charlotte and Gavin are genuine people making you feel important as a guest, going out of their way to resolve any issues you might have or answer questions. The rooms are super clean, the facilities top notch and the breakfast is really well cooked. Situated in the center of St Ives with a stunning view. We will be coming back!

The Tregony Guest House has a sublime location overlooking one of the town's beautiful beaches and being a meter 3-4 minute walk from the harbour and town centre. The rooms are bright and airy, tastefully decorated and have all the conveniences one can ask for. Everything was super clean and neat. Breakfast is of high quality and well prepared. They certainly know how to poach an egg :) Charlotte and Gavin (the hosts) are so charming, helpful and just lovely. They really bring that personal touch to their fantastic establishment. Definitely looking forward to seeing them again!
