Come stay in our condo located perfectly for adventure seekers or workers. Free covered parking along with an abundance of property amenities including: pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball court, racquetball court, fitness center, and outdoor eating and play areas. Close to several national and state parks like Zions, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks and Snow Canyon/Tuacahn Amphitheater. A perfect place to come home to after your daily adventures... This quiet condo is located in Sports Village Resort. Located on the main floor once in the building with easy access covered parking. 50" flat screen TV in living room. Full dine in kitchen stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Large bathroom, soaking tub. Pool towels are also supplied for use in clubhouse. Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are supplied. This unit sleeps 2 with a comfortable queen size bed. Extra sheets and blankets provided. You also have access to a washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience. High speed wireless internet is provided along with Hulu Live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival. You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more. Resort amenities include: -4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools. -2 Large Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool -heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend. -2 Jacuzzi - open year round NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th. -Full-size Tennis Courts -Pickle ball Courts -Workout Room -Ping Pong Tables, foosball -Indoor Mini Golf (coming soon) -Jogging Paths, Shuffleboard and Playground -Full Court Basketball -2 Full-size Racquetball Courts -Sand Volleyball -NOTE: Equipment for tennis courts, pickleball etc. is supplied by the clubhouse. Enjoy the day outdoors however you please. Hiking available: Lava Flow Overlook Trail, Johnson Canyon Trail, Petrified Dunes Trail, Three Ponds Trail, Anasazi Trail Mountain Biking available: Anasazi Trail, Green valley, Gooseberry Mesa, etc. Golf Courses nearby: Sun-brook Golf Club, South-gate Golf Club, Dixie Red Hills Golf Club, and the new Black Desert Resort National and State Parks nearby: Snow Canyon State Park: 15 min away Quail Creek, Sand Hollow and Gunlock all within 20-30 away. Delightful 5-Day Vacation Stay St George UT During our 5-day stay, we celebrated our 62nd Anniversary together. From our base, we were able to visit family, friends, and again enjoy St George and its environs. We were pleased with the facility we stayed in. It was clean and welcoming. We will come back.

Great place, great time! We had an awesome stay! The property is clean and nice and comfortable. The location was fantastic! Thank you so much! Will be back to St. George in the future that’s for sure!

Anniversary stay Property was great! Close to hiking and just a short Lyft away from downtown. The condo had access to all amenities- pool table, shuffleboard, mini golf, pool, basketball, and more. Just an hour away from Zion national park.

Great Place The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Had all the supplies that we needed. It is an older unit but well cared for. The common areas are in need of some upkeep. The doors to the building really need to be painted and the pools and hot tubs had several missing or damaged tiles. We enjoyed our stay here though.
