Overall excellent stay . Lelanie was an excellent host and Miemie [ the house keeper ] went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. The breakfasts were very good and we really enjoyed our stay. Good value for money as well . We willdefinitely recommend Milkwood Country Lodge to our friends and family .

The room and fittings were comfortable and convenient, the breakfast splendid, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. There was private parking right outside the room, and a separate entrance. the property is conveniently located for shops, reataurants and beaches. A very enjoyable stay.

Arrived very late after finishing Transbaviaans race. Late shower and into bed at 2am. Hit shower was fantastic. Beds great. Friendly hostess and breakfast was a real win. Breakfast was an additional cost but more than reasonable and really delicious.

Had a most enjoyable 2 night stay at Milkwood Country Cottage. Comfortable, clean and well maintained and serviced. Excellent location bordering a golf course and within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. A perfect base for enjoying all that St Francis Bay has to offer and exploring the interesting and scenic surrounds. Friendly, welcoming and caring owner management and support staff. The breakfast here is a scrumptious delight! Not to be missed. Many thanks to Lelanie and Miemie from my wife and I for making our stay such a delightful experience. We will definitely be back.

What an absolute gem! The location, facilities, owner management and support staff are absolute first class. Thank you for the lovely reception, friendliness, comfort and service. We stayed at Milkwood Country Cottage for 3 nights. It was a wonderful stay - nothing was too much effort, and the breakfasts were excellent.

This guest house is under new management, so I expect things to change, but my experience was very positive, and I will certainly recommend Milkwood Country Cottage. The rooms are big enough, and the facilities include a swimming pool and satellite TV. The village is a 4-minute walk, making this ideal for the less fit visitor who wants to go there but doesn't want to drive.

We had the most incredible stay. Lelani and Mimmie were so accommodating and just lovely. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and Lelani even brought us a bottle of wine and enjoyed a glass with us while we got to know each other. I can highly recommend this charming guesthouse.

Loraine made us very welcome and provided a lovely breakfast. The cottage is homely, clean and comfortable. Quiet location with ample parking. Good location for exploring the area and access to golf courses.
