This was the first time in 28yrs of marriage that we felt a little emotional checking out the stay was that good. We can't fault anything the grounds/views are stunning the room was perfect and above all the staff were naturally lovely people. We take a couple of breaks in 4/5 star hotels a year so it is a treat for us and this is the first time everything was just perfect and very relaxing. It is situated in the perfect spot with long, mainly empty sandy beeches within walking distance it's away from it all but just a short drive to St Hellier. We can't thank you enough we didn't want to leave. Mark & Kate 18th to 25th August 2024

Booked the Atlantic hotel primarily given it being best placed to witness a beautiful Sunset over St Ouens Bay. In that regard, we were not disappointed - the view from the room was stunning, although visibility from ground floor room terraces made sitting close to the window a little off-putting (maybe some waist high opaque covering for balconies would help). The room was pretty basic. I'm notnsaying it was bad, the bed was a good size, but for the price, the bathroom felt a bit antiquated. We ordered room service - Steak for me and a Burger for my Partner. The meat was good bit the chips were dry, stony and flavourless (even though I took the truffle parmesan variety). The pool and spa facilities were lovely, but for a supposedly heated pool it still felt very cold (this applies to both out door and indoor pools). Also for the spa facilities there was no-one present at the desk which is the shame as we were fleetingly considering booking a massage - but decided not to bother the main reception. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly. It was a mixed bag really. No massive problems with our stay, but it didn't quite hit the really special romantic vibe that I was hoping for with the booking. Would say EUR 200 a night would be a fair price. The Price I paid EUR 420 didn't really feel like good value but well what can you do

Lovely 7 night stay at the Hotel. Needed a break, and this Hotel was exactly what the doctor ordered! Lovely heated outside pool (the internal one is heated as well), and the room was comfortable and well appointed. The Juliette balcony was great and meant that we could pull our chairs up to it in the evening and look at the stunning sea view whilst the sun set. Dining was great, and a good selection of lighter bar food or a fuller meal in the restaurant (including an optional 6 course taster menu). Service was exemplary and special call-outs to Nathan (the concierge) and Chris (the bar manager) who made our stay extra special. Breakfast was awesome with a great cold buffet as well as a wide range of different cooked breakfasts. It’s rare to get a turn-down service in this day & age, but the Hotel had that as well. Easy access to bus stops for short hops around the Island and the Hotel also has a large car park (should you feel the need to hire a car). Whilst no air conditioning, our room didn’t need it as we could open the large French doors of the balcony to let in fresh air. The hotel regularly goes through updates and there is a plan to further increase its sustainability and reduce residents carbon footprint. Whilst on the pricier side of offerings on Jersey, coupled witness being a bit more isolated, it really was a great stay and a chance to recharge our batteries,

Outstanding hotel with excellent food, fantastic location and warmest customer service we’ve ever come across. This was our second visit in five years and it is as good as ever. There is a beautiful serenity and calm atmosphere about the place that makes it so relaxing. All of the staff welcome you like old friends and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts and dinners are of the highest standards as is the lunch. The pools and spa treatments are top quality. The rooms are not spacious but are well provided with everything you can want. We wish we could visit every year for some r and r.

We have stayed at several dozen lodging facilities in the past year and we are looping back to post reviews for a few that were most noteworthy among our many 2023 stays. The Atlantic Hotel is a gem. We hiked the Jersey Coastal Path from St Helier and came in rather bedraggled. Regardless, the staff gave us a warm welcome. Our room was well appointed and the food outstanding. The service provided by the friendly staff was both attentive and comfortable. I remembering thinking at the time that somebody is doing a great job with their hiring selections and subsequent training. So sorry for the delay, you deserved five stars last year. I hope the fact that we are posting this review a year later reflects how memorable our stay was.

Hotel in a lovely setting, nice gardens and views. Overall feeling is that it’s desperately in need of renovation. Rooms Rooms have large beds, but are tired. No climate control, usb or bed head sockets, strange bar fridge plonked next to the old brown furniture. None of the fluffy towels you would expect at this price point. Terrace has old metal furniture, paving not weeded and dirty. Bathrooms again tired and need work. Food Pretty good, but mine under-seasoned and the salt cellar were blocked up. Dessert very nice. Service Staff very friendly but need management. 3 hours at the pool, no offer of a drink, and the previous occupants drinks left on our table. Still old bottles and glasses around the pool after dinner. Had to go to find a waiter to get a pre dinner drink and terrace tables not cleared. No one on reception after dinner to confirm a massage, so didn’t bother. This price point just isn’t justified.

A lovely stay and the most helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend 😎. Great rooms, great food, the pool area as well as the hotel interior are immaculate and spotlessly clean, great sea views as well as great views of the stunning looking golf course, looking forward to a return visit.

We spent a week at the Atlantic Hotel as part of a half board package holiday booked with Jet2 . The whole hotel was simply magnificent. From the moment we arrived ( courtesy of a Jet2 taxi) we were made so welcome that we felt right at home. Our second floor sea view room had a wonderful view across hotel gardens to the Atlantic Coast and , being blessed with wonderful weather throughout our stay, we could always see other channel islands in the distance as well as the lovely golf course to the side. The room was spacious, very comfortable and very well equipped , with a king size bed, lots of storage space and a very nice bathroom with plenty of toiletries etc. The shower was over the bath with no curtain, which made for a very wet floor from time to time but the towels were changed at least once a day. There was no air-conditioning but we did have a ceiling fan and another electric fan as well as blinds for the sliding balcony doors, so we managed to keep cool. There was a nightly turndown service, too. The food was simply a delight, with indoor and outdor options available for all meals in good weather. Breakfast offered a wonderful buffet and a fabulous array of hot breakfast options from the full English to kippers, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, pancakes and loads of other choices. Dinner, however, was an absolute tour de force. Our half board arrangement secured us the three course Market Menu, which was essentially a table d'hote menu which changed every day. Alongside this was an a la carte menu with several options for starters, mains and desserts and a superb tasting menu, with optional wine flight. The hotel was supremely flexible and you could jump from market menu to a la carte and back for any meal but if you took the tasting menu, the whole table had to have it. There was a wonderful array of cocktails available and a very comprehensive wine list. The way it worked was that we received a daily credit on our bill for the cost of the Market Menu and then chose what we wanted and paid at the end of our stay. The food was exceptional throughout and we ate handsomely from both menus and also took the tasting menu with matching wines once during our stay. The service was very attentive but discreet and the staff were charming throughout. Ray, the Maitre D', was brilliant in every regard, patiently explaining options and keeping us on track at all times. Daniel was another favourite waiter and a special mention must also be made of Nelson, who stunned the whole restaurant with an astonishing act of kindness one evening when he allowed a young girl with learning difficulties to push the giant cheese trolley to her Dad's table. It was a simple gesture but it made the young lady's day and there were few dry eyes at adjacent tables. Also worthy of mention is the fabulous Monday to Friday Concierge, who was a constant source of advice on where to go on the island and how to get there. The hotel has lovely grounds, a nice pool and an ind

This was our first visit to Jersey, on arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady at reception and she was so nice and friendly and we were surprised we had been upgraded to a sea view room which was wonderful. The room was just perfect over looking the pool and sea and was just breathtaking! The pool and staff were amazing and very attentive and friendly. Our first morning breakfast was top class , beautiful linen table clothes and just a fantastic room to have breakfast. We wanted to sit in garden the second morning it was quite busy and the staff carried a table out to the garden around the pool it was first class service and a lovely setting for breakfast! On our last night we decided to order a taxi and go out to a restaurant. The concierge gentlemen offered to take us , this was so kind of him a massive Thankyou to Nathan ! We had a super mini break and will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel ! Thank you Atlantic !

beautiful location with views of the golf course, ocean and swimming pool. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, courteous and efficient. Nathen was by far the member of staff who exceeded far beyond his duties. His knowledge of the island, places to visit, the bus timetable that was impregnated in his brain was so helpful. He even drove us up to the local public house as the bus had just gone and showed us the old railway walk back. Even though the Atlantic was further out, it was only a 40 minute bus ride to St Hellier. You can buy a 2 day bus pass for £17 a 3 day pass for £23.50 or a 7 day pass for £35 so being that bit further out doesnt matter. From the Atlantic you can walk down the old railroad to Corbierre lighthouse, St Aubins or even St Hellier if you wish.
