Amazing stay at this boat house. Not crowded far from other crowded boat house places. Evening and morning sunrise are bliss. You got to taste home style cooked delicious food. Muneer took care of our personal vegetarian needs, cooked varieties of vegetarian options for us. Cozy rooms , living and balcony is just awesome. Enjoy the stay here where you experience real beauty of Kashmir..

Excellent houseboat and stunning view. Caretaker Muneer is very calm, friendly and shows great hospitality. The lake was quite and peaceful. Room exceptionally clean. Food very delicious. We took the top room and the view is worth the additional money.

Our stay at New Jacquline Heritage was truly remarkable. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, and the meals were delicious. The service provided by Muneer was impeccable, making our experience even more memorable. The serene view of Nigeen Lake from the houseboat’s balcony was incredibly peaceful and calming. Appreciate the city recommendations and the boutique collection curated by Maqsood, the houseboat’s owner.

I booked this houseboat after reading a touching review from a previous guest, Sue. I was a solo female traveler from the United States, and I stayed here for one night and absolutely loved the houseboat. It is luxury on water. The bedroom and entire boat is filled with traditionally intricate hand carved wooden furniture and hand-stitched textiles. The view from my bedroom and from around the houseboat was so scenic. The service provided by the staff was excellent— they were very attentive and made me feel like family; Munir was the star of the ship. I felt completely safe and was well looked after. I booked both breakfast and dinner. Both were amazing and offered a good variety of traditional dishes which were all delicious. I later met the owner, Maqsood, and his family and they were all very nice. I highly recommend this houseboat and will definitely be returning.

One of the best luxury stays in Srinagar Kashmir. Lovely experience of houseboats at Nigeen lake, which is less crowded than Dal lake and much beautiful than any other hotels or resorts. The hospitality is top class and you’ll always feel safe and at home. The breakfast and dinner spreads are gigantic and delicious! I went with my mom and dad this time and I express my deep gratitude to Samiullah and Aamir bhai for their support and help throughout the trip! They have organised the whole trip, made all the bookings and we just landed at Srinagar and enjoyed our Kashmir tour! Kudos to the whole team NJHHB and Oh! Don’t forget to visit their beautiful shop just beside the houseboat - prices are reasonable and quality of the products are genuine and great! My regards and love See you soon!

A wonderful place to spend some time in a calm and serene location. Despite there is so much to see and do around Srinagar, we finally decided to spend our time on the homely houseboat. Great food, great people and excellent service from Muneer! We will be back

It was an awesome stay . Great service . Place is really beautiful . Felt like home . Food is like home made food and tase is awesome. Thanks to Muneer for his great service and support . Our stay at Kashmir and Srinagar wouldn’t be same if we stayed anywhere else. Jacquline boathouse, its owner and staff made our experience truly “Kashmiri”. They treated us like family and were very kind through out our stay. They went out of the way to help us out when we needed it and gave us tips and guidance for all we planned to do. Muneer our boathouse caretaker was a treat! He was at our service from early morning to late night and available at a quick call at all other times! The boathouse had all modern services with a personal touch, was kept neat and clean and was an amazing experience overall. Would love to come back!!
