No any facilities provide by hotel such as warm water,wifi services, dinner bill and so many problem.

The rooms were dirty, cockroaches were roaming, unwashed towels. Room service was not allprompt, they had only 1 house keeper. Even after dinner being included no buffet was available, they offered ala carte but not all options were available. And we were informed about the non-availability only ahead of serving. Breakfast was below average.This is was a sad experience .

the owner of this hotel is also the founder of REAL KASHMIR FC, a top tier football club in India. good hotel, good rooms, very helpful staff, very pleasant stay, good location, highly recommended!!!

Good quality hotel . Room is excellent. Heating and cooling centralised. Only problem is not open windows for ventilation
