Good quality hotel . Room is excellent. Heating and cooling centralised. Only problem is not open windows for ventilation

Hotel at main highway so market is far from hotel, room and service is good but preferably for non vegetarian

Overall location is good and property too good but need be maintained to retain standards. Food services need to be improved and retro staff need to be more active and responsive

Hotel CH2 offers absolute value for money. We stayed there with family and it was a very comfortable stay. Location of the hotel is good, food is awesome and staff is quite courteous. Rooms are spacious and offer all required amenities. As an improvement, WiFi connection can be more stronger.

Stay at the ch 2 hotel was very nice. Staff is very cooperative and food quality is excellent. I would highly recommend if you are searching hotel in srinagar

We had an excellent stay at hotel ch2. Overall hygiene and ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious and having all required amenities. Construct of the rooms is old but we did not note any issues. Food is great. Staff is courteous and front desk is very helpful.

Cleanness is very bad. Changed the room 4 times. Every time they have given room was dirty and spot on the mattress, finally they have given 4th room, which was ok. , food taste was ok and very limited item.

The hotel didn't assisted me with my booking postponed or cancellation. My flight got delayed but the ch2 property didn't supported
